I thought this was the coolest thing ever when it was on TV in '79, even though I was just barely able to get a reasonable picture by pointing our antenna to faraway NYC Channel 5. Thanks!

That's the cleanest version I've seen of this. The vids are nice, but I think -- for a "special" -- it lacked something overall.

Hmmm. Its literally 30-minutes of Wings' videos. No introductions of the songs, sketches, interviews, etc. Just seemed very impersonal. I much preferred watching the James Paul McCartney TV special.

Nope. Likely to only get bits and bobs if the other reissues are anything to go by.

You met him? Tell more.... I also always liked Steve Holley. I remember as a kid he did a couple of quiz shows in Australia. He came across as a very amiable fellow. Lots of fun.

LJ lives and gigs in LA. By all accounts a lovely fella. Steve, likewise lives stateside and again, a lovely fella.
