i think your all going way overboard on 'mccartneyII'. okay theres some nice moments, but there is on every mccartney releases. its a seriously flawed album that is almost impossible to play all the way through. 'summers day song' is a nice moment but its hardly a song. 'coming up' was a good single.'waterfalls' is nice enough and 'one of these days' is alright.'temp sec' is pretty decent but annoying. however thats it.the rest is totall garbage of the highest order. a strong contender for the worst ever mccartney album.a very strong contender.
coming up was a good single ,no it was an epic singles
Coming Up is one of the few singles i dont like, never have and never will
It beats the single he did with Heather Mills...
I love that track. Then again, I love house-music, and I'm impressed by how authentic it turned out. Still waiting on a mix without the voice-over.

Get On The Right Thing:
and the greatest evil of them all...
Run Devil Run rocks!
yes the song choices maybe but i'm not fan of his perfomance,i remember listening i got stung and well it was far inferior from the Elvis version
Once Elvis sings it a song's been sung.

Remember it works in reverse, i've heard Elvis murder Hey Jude as well as Bridge Over Troubled Water. Also Paul's version of Party on RDR knocks Elvis's out of the ball park. I do think Paul's better at Little Richard and Fats Domino songs than Elvis tracks.

Elvis' version of "Hey Jude" may be poor but his take on "Bridge Over Troubled Water" is beautiful and on par with the original.

That voice-over was the reason for making the record!

Give My Regards to Broadstreet is unlistenable to my ears. I like the title tune but the rest of the original songs are banal & the covers - what was the point?? All McCartney albums, despite varying quality, are creative & interesting. This is the only one that it seemed he didnt even try to do something new.

"No More Lonely Nights". "Not Such A Bad Boy" and "No Values" are all equally AWESOME!!!!! Those 3 should have been put together with the best tracks off PIPES OF PEACE to make a solid record.

Unlistenable?! If anything, the BROAD STREET soundtrack showcases Macca's versatility in a wide variety of musical mediums: "No More Lonely Nights" is one of his prettiest ballads and features an exceptional guitar solo by David Gilmour, while "Not Such a Bad Boy" is a fine example of catchy garage band rock. The silky "So Bad" gains new life here and easily outclasses the earlier version on PIPES OF PEACE. "Eleanor's Dream" finds Macca spreading his wings (:lookround with a mini orchestral epic before "Goodnight Lonely Princess" closes the album on a classy note. All in all, a lovely listen.

the most unreasonable thing is to hate give my regard to broadstreet, refreshing versions of the old songs and the great no more lonely nights song.I loved the long and winding road version(very emotional )

Worst McCartney cd.. hmm, although I don't think he has a bad album and I am really going to be in the minority here is Chaos and Creation in the Backyard. Other than Fine Line, Follow Me, and Anyway / I've Only Got Two Hands I don't ever listen to it.

Posibbly Wings at the Speed of Sound or Wildlife. But it's relative, because its better than most other artists best stuff.
