New song featuring Paul, "Love Song to the Earth"
-
"Check out 'Love Song to the Earth', a track to raise awareness about climate change: http://www.lovesongtotheearth.org/ "
-
It's also on youtube.
-
And this is why we love Paul, because he cares about everyone...
-
He sounds great! Who is the chick singing with him? Sounds like Rhianna. And the other guy sounds like Kanye (rapping)

Nah, I didn't like it. I don't believe that humans have any impact on the weather. I think it's a pathologising of something that is natural. Great thoughts about oneself. Bigger than God... well, sorry!

I guess you've never heard of Global Warming then! I loved the song and just downloaded it off iTunes (only 69 cents!)

I've had enough illness now, I need my trips in the woods without people saying it's a sick wood, a sick wind. Planet earth is not a sickness that needs to be repaired. I will not discuss it any further. Believe what you all want but stay away from me with it.
-
Hopefully, it will be another Top 40 hit for Paul in 2015, bring the total to 4! Banner year.
-
If Paul was so concerned about climate change he should cut back on his air travelling instead of wasting time getting involved with this MOR rubbish. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Environmental_impact_of_aviation .

I believe it's Sean Paul, I like his music. I've seen the ocean near me really dirty and foamy brown...black black balls of oil washed up on the beach. A bunch of people got together, figured it out, and in a few years, the water cleared up enough to see your feet in 5 ft of water! That's the power of bringing attention to the world that we can make changes for the better!

He's become very Hollywood. Lost the plot.

I couldn't make it past the first minute or so. Odious. The whole situation is rather ironic, considering that touring artists are amongst the heaviest air polluters. Of course, that doesn't stop me from attending...

Paul's voice sounds good. I agree with the sentiment. Although overall it feels like too many cooks with this song. It just doesn't do it for me. Paul has done better songs throughout his entire career. This sadly isn't one of them.

On the other hand, he doesn't eat meat, so that helps.

Great post Audi. I agree...

The song is like all these group-hug charity songs: A bit too earnest and trying just a little too hard to be an anthem. But I can't say that I particularly hear Paul at all. Can someone tell me when he comes in? Maybe I need my hearing checked, but I really can't pick out his voice. And I have to say I find it disheartening to discover there are climate deniers here. Yeah, everyone has a right to their opinion, but you know, facts matter: http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/capital-weather-gang/wp/2015/08/17/july-was-likely-earths-warmest-month-in-whats-destined-to-be-earths-warmest-year/ The idea that we can pump massive amounts of carbon into the air year after year and miraculously have no impact is just so unbelievably arrogant and divorced from reality. 50 years from now the surviving humans will shake their heads and wonder how we could have been so clueless. Okay, end of sermon. I'm still trying to pick out Paul's voice in the song.
