Paul was at the Capitol Congress, Capitol Music Group

This article tells what was on the plaque Paul received.

Side note: It was during the Capitol Congress in late June of 1968 when Paul and Linda had their “naughty weekend.”

Great picture of both of them.

How does he do it? Do an interviewnor concert, and then either fli es or drives? Where does he get time to sleep in between all that? I know I could not do what he does. That proves Paul isna very strong person! I would be exhausted after just one trip!

Yes, it's amazing, isn't it? I think because he keeps fit and tries to eat healthy makes a huge difference in giving him the energy he needs to do what he needs to do. He's a living example that following a healthy diet and exercise does pay off in the end! Another thing is that these late night shows are always taped in the middle of the day, so it's good that he doesn't have to find the energy to stay awake at 11:30 pm, that probably helps, lol.
Paul on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, September 6, 2018.

The game was rain delayed, so Fallon did not start until 1:10 am EDT. I set DVR with tons of extra time. Watched it on delay starting at 1:30 am. Fantastic show! Come On To Me sounded great live! My friend in Nashville took off Friday so she could stay up to watch it live (12:10-1:10 am CDT) then today she bought 2 sheets of John Lennon stamps (one for me) and Egypt Station at Target!

Paul in Quebec City, Quebec, September 15, 2018, from a newspaper clipping. He's looking terrific in those cool shades, and he's also wearing a shirt designed by daughter Stella.
