I'm in on that deal too. If I get two tickets I am willing to give up one of mine to a fan. I will be travelling from Wiltshire
And me Sarah. Where are you? I would happily share a spare ticket.
-
I am guessing different people at same address is ok though, myself and my wife have applied

Any chance you guys have an extra plane ticket too?
-
Eeee Cor Blimey:
i know with free BBC tickets they often ask for photo ID and proof of address even if you already have the printed ticket in your hand (to prove you haven't sold it on i guess), or they did when a friend went to one of these type of things.
I'm living in Sweden. I asked a person who lives in England to fill the application for me. So as far as I understand he has to go to the show in case he wins. But can he take me in as a guest or will they also check my ID and deny entrance if I'm not an UK resident?

Of course Although being the cynic that I am they wont give these tickets to REAL fans they will go to corporate types :

It`s the BBC, remember - they`d be in big trouble if they did that. The trouble is, there is going to be alot of people going after very few tickets, and most, inevitably, will be disappointed.

I'm doing a deal where if I manage to get tickets I will have one spare and will take someone from here. Also, if anyone manages to win tickets and has a spare ticket then I'll happily take it! I'm just a bit disappointed that the past handful of Macca gigs in the UK haven't been made available for his fans to buy tickets.
What's this deal? Where can I sign up?

I enter all these Macca competitions and never win and my wife who isnt a Macca fan has won twice, tickets for a small Macca Concert and to meet him at book Signing. The good thing is she always lets me have the prizes!

GRRRRR! I would apply, but I tried securing that day off work 'case i was lucky, but I wasn't even lucky in getting the day off of work! And because I requested that date, it would now look suspicious if I pulled a sicky. Hmmm. If he announces some UK dates at end of year, I'll be a happy man

I wonder when we'll find out if we've won.

So Paul is doing two shows for the BBC at Maida Vale on 16th Oct?! One for 6 Music and one for Radio 2. No mention of the latter on the website yet (it was announced on the Chis Evans breakfast show this morning).
-
Anyone been lucky with tickets for the 6 Music draw? I presumed they would only email the winners. Update - I too have now had the email saying I didn't get tickets for the 6 Music show. Fingers crossed for the Radio 2 draw.
