Thanks for the tip, I tried the app and boom! Tickets, 3 of them, in the mezzanine ... tried the website again and nothing. I have them now!!! I am so excited, not to see Paul as much as to share with my daughter now. I can say, "This is the guy who helped ask Mommy to marry him!". Hahaha!!!
Ben you're making me feel very old. Almost 12 years since I witnessed your proposal.
Think how I feel! A lot of life has happened in that time. Some sad, most happy ... the most joyous is our daughter. Now I can share this with her. If this is the last time I see Paul - I really thought last summer in Cleveland would be it - then I can go out with a bang with her there with us. I wonder how the seats in the mezzanine will be? I can't find much info online about that, oh well!
I hear ya on life and very happy the family can be together for this. Been married almost 5 years - kids will be in our future in the next couple of years. Your guess is as good as mine on that middle section of seating - this show will probably be my first event to LCA - pending any preseason games. The arena will be slightly over 2 weeks old when we see Paul. Good times and great memories ahead....

I just was able to purchase a less expensive ticket for upper arena in Detroit. Quite a few singles left, not sure about seats together. Once I had the presale code I was able to get a ticket, no problems, but was frustrated initially in trying to "unlock" the presale tickets. I used the link on the PM page to get to the proper page. the VIP link on this site via SloTix works - it will take you to Ticketmaster and from there you can select any kind of fan club seat you want from the dropdowns, if that helps at all.
We keep getting, "No tickets avaialable in that range" on any of the drop downs but once I got a single seat for $250. I didn't take it

WEll, I just tried again today and could get 3 tickets for $250. I'm okay with that. just not sure if the spouses are so I'll have to talk about it. Wife is at work right now

Got 'em. 3 for $250.

Good luck to all the fans going for the general public sale on Monday! I'm confident once you log in at 10am you should be able to get your seats within the first hour. I am also curious if this is going to be a sell out since this will be his second time in Detroit in just under two years. The allure of the new stadium and of course Paul may bring it close to a sell out.

From the Rumors thread:
FlowersOnTheRun:
On Paul's Spotify page, it lists a September 30th show at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit

Definitely? Or is this going to get interesting tomorrow morning when tickets go on sale to the public?
-
Because all the official sources (tm.com, arena) list an Oct 1st date only/

Probably written by the same person who wrote Duluth, MN instead of GA! My ex-husband was once asked for directions by a truck driver. Turns out the guy was near Duluth, GA when he was really meant to be delivering his load to Duluth, MN!

I know someone who accidentally booked a flight to Albany, Georgia meaning to go to Albany, New York

Did anyone get tickets today from the general public sale for Detroit? I know someone that had no luck at all . I looked at the Ticketmaster site , all tickets I saw were verified ones . - tickets being resold- Thank goodness I got mine during the presale!

I had a handful of reasonably great (floor, 100s close to stage) pairs in my cart at various points this morning (my own financial risk taking today was probably predicated on finding "I can't let these go!" grade unbelievable tix, to be honest), which indicates to me that a person could have done quite well in the general onsale.

Good to know !

I checked for sh it's and giggles - you were SOL finding 2 seats together for under 250 at 10am.

Bueller.... Bueller.... For a show that basically sold out in the pre-sale....only 4 of us on this forum are going? I suppose there is not much to say with a few months ahead of us. I hope Paul's new album drops this summer and we'll get some new (not NEW but new) album tracks in the set list.

I couldn't afford tickets this year. Saw him last year in Grand Rapids and 2015 in Detroit so I'm OK with it. Trying to balance the family budget. Hoping he comes through this way again when I can afford the ticket price. Hope to hear great things from you here on the forum after the show. Paul is definitely the best performer I've seen in 37 years of concert experience.
