I got a DVD from 'Live in the bowl' I think from '82, And 1 DVD of Queen+Paul Rodgers, But I like Freddie better But... Brian stays the best!
What more can we say about Freddie and Brian? An unmatched performing couple, and not so far from Lennon/McCartney in songwriting. There are already some videos on youtube of yesterday's night. It's not strange with hundreds of mobile phones around the stage. Though I still can't understand how some people have uploaded videos so fast. Brian May and Barcelona, Love of my life, moved to tears
the end of the show, We Will Rock You, We are the champions and God Save the Queen concert start almost all Bohemian RhapsodyLooks like a wonderful show. I bet some people are uploading to Youtube before they even leave the concert.

Hey Angela. http://www.aftenposten.no/english/local/article633160.ece
Norway world leader in casual sex Seven out of ten Norwegians have had a random sex partner and the country is a world leader in one-night stands. At the same time they are among the least sexually satisfied citizens in the world, according to the latest findings in the Durex Global Sex Survey for 2003. Interviews of 150,000 people from 34 nations form the basis of the study released this week. The statistics provide a fascinating look into the different private habits around the world, and insight into what makes Norwegians warm all over. In terms of sheer numbers, Norway was about average with 124 sex sessions a year, well behind winners Hungary with an active 152. Satisfaction was worse for Norwegians, with only 62 percent saying they were content with their sex life, placing them as low as 29th on the list. Neighbor Denmark was even unhappier, ranking 30th in contentment. Swedes were even gloomier, only slightly more content but with a low average of 102 times a year. What Norwegians are enthusiastic about is casual sex, with only Icelanders and Vietnamese more likely to collect one-night stands. Other findings in the condom maker's study: 11 percent of Norwegians have paid for sex, 42 percent have had telephone or Internet sex, 10 percent have faked orgasms and 12 percent have had homosexual sex. Norwegians lust after movie stars George Clooney, Vin Diesel and Halle Berry, and think that doctors and nurses represent the sexiest professions.
Does this mean that, for instance, you and Kate are having sex with other man/woman? Would you be glad to know that Kate is having sex with other men? I think you don't mind to behave like the Durex Global Sex Survey is telling.
I wonder how many people are truthful on a survey like that. I'm guessing some people like to pretend they are "players" when they really aren't. :

Two days in a row of MEGA yard work. It's ibuprofen and wine time!! Though I did make a Costco run on Wednesday...and bought a bunch of stuff I need....and some I don't. : But I was proud of myself for only looking at the cds and not buying, same with books....saw some interesting ones...but geezo peezo I have a wall full of books I haven't read so NO buying I came close though...Yo-Yo Ma has a holiday cd, he and James Taylor do "Here Comes The Sun" and he does Lennon's Happy Christmas (War is Over) with Jake Shimabukuro (an amazing ukulele player). It's called "Yo-Yo Ma and Friends, Songs of Joy and Peace"....if it's still there next time I go to Costco I will take it as a sign that I am supposed to have the cd. The more I think about it the more I think I should have bought it :

Good Morning, Beautiful People! I snagged somebody's shot of a beautiful Florida sunrise......Miami, in fact. Unfortunately, the weather here this morning is totally sucky.........rain, rain, and more rain. And when it's not raining, it's ugly, gray clouds..........but hey, it's still a beautiful day to be alive, no? On my way to catch up........have no idea where to start, or how far behind I am. : If I'm not back in an hour, somebody call the police.

Hey Christy! Hope you're feeling better. I had some mild case of food poisoning in China after we had eaten a Korean barbecue/grill thingie and looking back on it, all I can think is that meat maybe wasn't thoroughly cooked. Anyway, I felt absolutely BAD that night, and yep, I can so imagine the "details" we don't want to know you're talking about. If it makes you feel any better, I also didn't sleep very well last night. Sean and I both have a cold, and Sean starts snoring loudly when he has one. : I couldn't sleep at all, so out of misery I took my sheets and pillows at 3.30am and went to sleep in the other room.
Snoring is a major problem in our house too, and not just with a cold (and no, Tina, it's not ME that snores, as you should well know, having slept with my husband ). H0pe you finally got some sleep!
I remember that... She even slept with your husband before she met you!
I hope you kept reading beyond this post.

Kate, what Kate? is this the Supernova thread or a paralel universe Tina slept with Christy's husband and Svenn is married. Are you fooling me?
Well, we're fooling about one of those things, but not the other. Care to guess which one? "Parallel universe." LOVE IT, Oliver!

AND WITH THAT MCCARTNEY FELLER
Off on a tangent...as usual ...checked out the video and noticed that there are a boatload of covers of the song. This kid is pretty darn good
Wow. Amazing, amazing to see that kind of talent in such a young person. Did you see he's got a ton of other vids there, too? Clearly not just a 'fluke', like he can play only one song or something. http://uk.youtube.com/results?search_query=Sungha+Jung&search_type=

I wish that related to me somehow.... Those are some GORGEOUS homes! My youngest LOVES NYC....I mean, LOVES it. This weekend, she was reading some real estate ads for apartments in NY. They were mostly penthouse apartments.....some of them covering 2 full floors, some with 24oo square foot terraces, most have 4-5 bedroom and 4-5 full baths, fireplaces that open to two rooms, etc. And get this........they were listed as "only" $4-21 MILLION.
I've never even been to New York and I love it as well....If I ever had a dream, that would be it. Live in NYC for a certain amount of time. Oh, to win the lottery....
I would like to spend some time in Italy ...love it
I would like to spend some time in both places!! But probably more time in Italy...and Norway, and Belgium and The Netherlands and Spain. Amen to the lottery wish

I can't remember I'm on the wine I'm innocent
Usually wine works just the opposite. Oh wait...maybe it's a cultural thing, in The Netherlands one is considered "innocent" if one can't remember a thing that happened ???
I'm moving!!

Kate aka Saint Katherine for putting up with Svenn I love the parallel universe concept! What's a little rip in the fabric of space/time among friends.
for you nothing changed, but for me it's like a different Supernova now, yes, like a paralel universe
We're just spreading the wackiness around a bit. ....but to you, it probably feels like an "invasion". Blame Svenn.

OH MY GOD!!!!! Tina thinks Scarlett is running away... I don't think so. She is coming to Oslo. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081021/ap_en_ce/eu_people_johansson
Oh wow. OMG, Oslo (and you) may never be the same. I assume you have your calendar marked..........and cleared?
Actress Scarlett Johansson will co-host the 2008 Nobel Peace Concert on Dec. 11 in honor of this year's laureate, Finnish peace mediator and former President Martti Ahtisaari, organizers said Monday.
I'm ready for Scarlett. I'm taking the day off. No work, just stalking on Dec. 11.
Ya know.......wouldn't it truly be amazing if you did happen to meet her? Think about it....you pull up to the concert venue that night...expecting to just pick up any typical fare...........and SCARLETT GETS IN YOUR CAB. Hey, stranger things have happened.
