Bjornie-- Quick (and maybe stupid question--when you record your own material like this one and your early songs you shared with us, you apparently record them in English (except for your girlfriend's grandfather's song, I mean)....any particular reason? :
Hmm...it seems strange to you...I think it´s a bit harder to write a decent song in Swedish, I know many that feels the same...and also, we have a tradition of singing lots in english here, I mean most of the pop groups do their songs in English here(thought there are lots of Swedish songs as well). But I´ll do songs in Swedish if I come up somehing I think is good enough...Good question Christy!

I feel the same way....I'd rather listen to songs in English than to songs in Dutch. There's only a few musicians who can come up with a GOOD song in Dutch....the rest is just...well.....crap! :

Absolutely lovely producing and adds(bass is especially great!), I can just say that you´ve squeezed whatever there was to squeeze out of what I sent to you!! Thanks, buddy!

I know what you mean, Björn. I think it's probably easier to write a pop song in English, I think Swedish is a beautiful language, so it would be cool if you wrote some more songs in Swedish. A very popular band like Kent shows that you can be very successful when singing in Swedish. And also Gyllene Tider, what a great band that is! People out there, check out a band called Kent. I think they're great! It's the most successful Swedish band ever that sing in Swedish.

Thanks for the explanation...was just curious... I assumed it had something to do with translation issues (e.g., maybe some lyrics actually sound better or can be used to express something better in English than perhaps another tongue) and maybe also perhaps with what "the masses" want and expect (no, not Wingnuts, but fans in general...;) ). I can see that in the rock/pop world, English does seem to be the norm....and for those looking for international recognition (like YOU should be with your stuff), English is, I suppose, the way to go....

JUST IN THE NEWS: Eventual Radioactive leak at Alnabru goods terminal in Oslo. seems to be a very small amount from a package, and no risk of spreading, three person are being checked to see if they´ve been exposed to it, have you heard about it Svenn?

Well, easier to make it sound good I guess. Many words end with a vowel in Norwegian/Swedish, a bit more difficult to put them in a song and make it sound good.
