It would be nice to throw in even one bone to the fans who have purchased all of this work these last 45 or so years, imo if you are going to all the expense of revising the show. It will be nice to hear hi hi hi again and listen, but another day? He's revived that a few times, usually to extreme bathroom breaks. I think Hope will be dropped for the US. But maybe I'll feel differently once I see the show.

I agree that HOD will be dropped for the US. I wonder how Paul & co think the new old songs went down with the audience. And was all the money spent on a new stage worth it for that platform? Was is cool? I think it shoulda been used for HiHiHi or do Fool on the Hill on it.

We can work it out with full band:

Those who complain, will always complain. I don't care what he plays, I am just happy seeing him! However this, for me, is spectacular! When I see him in July the set list will be ALMOST completely different from the first time I saw him.
Same here Taxman! I haven't been fortunate enough to see Paul 20 plus times like some here have, so for me this is wonderful! This will be my third Paul concert and even if he hadn't changed the set list as much as he did this time around, I would STILL be there with a huge smile on my face and loving every minute! Bring on July!

Pretty good. Is it me or was the tempo a little faster on this version?

Triplets Love Paul:
Look how happy this young woman is... New ?Out There!? tour launched in Belo Horizonte http://www.paulmccartney.com/news-blogs/news/27530-new-out-there-tour-launched-in-belo-horizonte
Last year local fans had started their own petition on Facebook to get Paul to play in Belo Horizonte. After securing the endorsement of thousands of residents the petition was delivered to Paul?s London office. At the end of his show Paul got the girls up on stage from the audience who originated the petition ? Priscila Brito (27), Luisa Mattos (25), Camila Flores (25) and Cecilia Cury (21) ? who were shocked by the recognition they received from their idol. Paul publicly thanked the girls and also signed Cecilia?s Beatles tattoo.
LOVE it!!! LOVE it!!! LOVE it!!!
God that made me tear up!!!! ops: ops: ops: love it love the story love the whole freaking thing...

I think Paul is mistakenly under the impression that the general public has a special 'thing' for Long & Winding Road. Paul... we don't.
I actually really like that song. ops:
I like it too!!

That sounds great! And I think the faster tempo suits the song. It IS a concert! This reminds me of how it was played in Las Cruces in 93. Very cool.

Previous live versions have always been slower than the original, this sounds a similar tempo to the original record to me.
