Just read Brian is heading back to LA to work on a Bayonets video. I wonder what that means re practicing with Paul or recording with Paul?
Brian, Rusty and Giles Martin have posted messages on twitter saying that the band has just spent a week recording new songs with Paul, produced by Martin. They are now returning home to their other other commitments, and I suppose they will get together again a couple of weeks before the tour, for the rehearsals.
Very cool! Thanks for that info!

You're welcome. It seems Paul has been working on new songs with his touring band, so maybe he will perform one of those in May. Who knows?

All three concerts in Brazil have been confirmed! Not yet by Paul, obviously, but the government of the State of Goiás has received confirmation from London: May 03 - Belo Horizonte May 05 - Goiânia May 09 - Fortaleza http://www.opopular.com.br/blogs/fabiana-pulcineli/blog-da-fabiana-pulcineli-1.526/governo-anuncia-confirma%C3%A7%C3%A3o-oficial-do-show-de-paul-mccartney-em-goi%C3%A2nia-1.292989?ref=bbd According to the article, Paul's team members were in Goiânia a couple of weeks ago, and they will return on Tuesday (March 19) to discuss details. There is no info yet about how many tickets will be sold and their prices, but the stadium is big enough for 42,000 people and will be made available to Paul's staff from April 29 to May 06. The governor will make an announcement this week.

Great! Any word about any other shows in say, Mexico? Surely Paul won't ship all of that equipment out for just 3 gigs...

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find any updated info about Mexico, Argentina or Costa Rica. I guess people are better at keeping secrets in those countries!

Any day now...

I think it'll all be announced by Paul tomorrow. I know, Wednesday was said before...but Mondays are much more common for announcements, with presales in the middle of the week, and a general sale Friday.
