But not since 2005.

Thankful for what? That I should have the "honor" to travel 700 miles to Austin to see a Paul McCartney concert? I don't share your enthusiasm. Or fan devotion. And to say Paul is playing "close" to where I live merely because my state shares a border with states where he is playing is just ridiculous. States here in the southwest are huge. So, yeah, my decision is I won't spend one penny or one second to go see a Paul McCartney concert that he is putting on for the local people in those cities where he is performing. Those people can line his pockets! But should he ever decide to play in Albuquerque, I'll be there!!
Feel free to do whatever you like! You've made numerous posts expressing disappointment about the layout of this tour...if you want to see Paul, see him. If you don't, then don't. That's all I'm saying! Congrats to fans in Seattle...nice to see he's hitting the Northwest!

I approve of this post!

I'm grateful he is playing within reasonable driving distance of me.. but he hasn't been to Cleveland since 2002! Very surprised he is not going there this summer!
-
Cleveland, Buffalo, or Pittsburgh would work for me! Now I got to try and get to DC

Here's the thing. Paul has NEVER played Albuquerque. At least he HAS played Cleveland and Indianapolis. Those are bigger cities, admittedly.
-
To be fair, I understand your frustration. There are some countries though I am sure he has only been to once or twice if at all, and he probably only goes to one city for the entire country.

Thanks! : I will do whatever I like. That means not spending once cent on a McCartney concert this summer.

Emails re: pre-sales tomorrow are now going out.
-
He hasn't played Orlando in 20 years. I would say that's pretty out there. The Amway will be wonderful for him. It's small enough.
-
Thank God he finally put the presale email out...that puts me a little more at ease...still undecided as to what we're doing though...not the most decisive bunch...

I've decided to go for the DC tickets tomorrow morning. And if NY is announced, then I'll probably go for them as well.

We're stuck between doing standard tickets in Memphis w/ Gold in DC or...just staying and doing soundcheck in DC....lots of factors involved...
-
Since Paul (Paul's team) sent an email about the 6 dates, does this mean that's pretty much it for his tour this summer for the US?
-
emails are out?
-
Did everybody get an email already? I haven't.

How much are gold and soundcheck?
