Fridays in November... Star of the Month Natalie Wood 27 films including: Rebel Without a Cause Splendor in the Grass West Side Story Love with the Proper Stranger Gypsy Inside Daisy Clover Looking forward to Splendor in the Grass this evening at 8pm EST. LOVE this one!!! ? Splendor is a poignantly moving film in which Natalie delivers a brilliant Oscar-nominated performance, which I consider to be her finest. "Though nothing can bring back the hour of splendor in the grass, glory in the flower. We will grieve not, rather find strength in what remains behind." ? ~ William Wordsworth

Jean Arthur all day today. I don't think there's anyone who doesn't like Jean Arthur. Kind of like Sara Lee.

Hi Anita! The late great Natalie Wood is my most favorite actress in the whole wide world! She was the actress that broke the barriers between the old fashioned actresses of Hollywood's glorious past and the actresses of today. Despite not having an abortion in the movie LOVE WITH THE PROPER STRANGER, she brought the subject of abortions out of the closet and into the limelight. Nobody did it better than her!

^ Hi John, Natalie was a talented beauty, no question as to how she could be your favorite! ? This evening, looking forward to Natalie's performance in Inside Daisy Clover.

Hello again Anita! Inside Daisy Clover is one of Natalie's all-time greatest movies ever! There isn't one Natalie Wood movie that I don't like or love! I love all of her movies!

Just saw Artival last night. While it's not a classic film yet, it was so well done and probably one of the most realistic films should aliens land on Earth. It's well thought out and I think it's a "must see"

Is that the one that didn't know the difference between Hong Kong and Shanghai? That upset a lot of people.

It could have been, China was involved in part of the movie. Ahhh I guess I missed it too...there must have been an outcry in your neck of the woods...I'll have to watch it again! Good proof readers are hard to find!! ops:

^ I used to watch this with my Grandmother as a youth. She would laugh when he would come on at the beginning and end with his funny commentary. Her birthday is tomorrow. God rest her soul and bless her heart.
