A biography of cpt. Beefheart. It mentions Paul doesn't remember merging beefheart in the 60's and 2 ex-Beatles in the audience for a 70's show but didn't mention which ones. It also had a story about John replying g to a telegram of support he sent joko during the bed-in probably because beefheart had offended Jihn with his song Beatle bones n smoking stones which seems to ridicule SFF.

The Casual Vacancy by JK Rowling
Did you like this? I only got about 1/4 of the way thru and had to put it down. I thought it was incredibly boring. I really don't make a habit of quiting a book, but it was a stuggle reading this.

Pete Townshends Autobiog. I'm just getting to the contentious bit. It's been ok so far but he's coming across as self pitying. At on point just after explaining he'd got two houses inc exensive recording kit etc and his own private yacht he says 'we were essentially broke'.
