God Bless Eric Garner and his family! The more I see that video of the excessive use of deadly force I want to puke and cry! That cop wrestled him down from behind and rubbed his face in the concrete. A complete disgrace and there are too many people black and white and all colors who are dying due to police brutality. Justice will be done on earth or the Hereafter. Amen.
Sounds like you're getting your wish - shooting deaths of on duty police up 67% over 2013

^^ I am referring to peaceful protests that are guaranteed by our Right to Freedom of Speech and Right to Assemble, etc... I have family members who are in law enforcement and they have yet to use excessive deadly force in the line of duty or not on duty. I have the greatest respect for officers who are capable of being responsible, competent law enforcement personnel. The rest should never be able to wear a badge. The situations I have seen are incompetent overly aggressive people who should not be in law enforcement. And since I am speaking about corruption in law enforcement I can speak from experience since I was raped by a police officer. I hope Justice is done for all victims of corrupt law enforcement officials!

Sorry at the moment what I have seen is nothing about race but all about criminality. But hey, if you feel ok about that i.e . using right or wrong and the perception of which, that is ok. law and order by the KKK or the media, tell em what is the difference?

Hope this isn't the way these protest plan to fight 'police brutality'...if so, nobody's going to win http://ktla.com/2014/12/20/2-nypd-officers-shot-ambush-style-in-critical-condition-alleged-shooter-dead-from-self-inflicted-gunshot-wound-cnn/

GOP leaders are trying to tarnish Hillary Clinton's image in the public's mind, as hard as they can. Still, H. Clinton has a lot of charisma, experience, intelligence--do you agree?

Yikes - could this article (with videos) contain the reason(s) why Biden running for President is highly unlikely??!! http://www.syracuse.com/us-news/index.ssf/2015/02/joe_biden_defense_secretary_stephanie_carter_veep_creep.html

I think Hillary is not as Liberal as everyone wants her to be. I think Liz Warren would rock as President, but she should wait a few years. Jeb Bush, if I were held at gunpoint and forced to vote Repug, would be my choice. I, however, do not want that teacher-hating corrupt shmuck Cuomo.

In case you missed it, David Hicks has won his challenge to his terrorism conviction before a military court at the US Navy base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Mr Hicks pleaded guilty in March 2007 to providing material support to terrorism. It was a plea bargain in which most of his seven-year sentence was suspended and he was allowed to return home by the end of that year. In 2014, an appeals court ruled that material support is not a legally viable war crime for the Guantanamo court. Prosecutors argued his conviction should stand because he agreed not to appeal as part of his plea deal. That argument was rejected Wednesday in a unanimous decision by the US Court of Military Commission Review. http://www.theage.com.au/world/david-hicks-wins-challenge-to-terrorism-conviction-in-us-military-court-20150218-13ipkc.html Everyone who lectured me on how he was a terrorist, your apologies will be heard in an orderly fashion.

People like Mayor Rudy Judy do nothing but invite and fuel the insanity. And everyone else has to pay for it.

Yes, Sur Steven, Rudy G. made an ass of himself

The letter the 47 Republican senators sent to the Iran government was freaking outrageous, wasn't it ?? A total treasonous disgrace. Or, was it not really all that bad, have read that too but usually heard that it was bad.

Joe Biden will be president the day I sing a duet with Paul McCartney.

Politicians can and should domestically disagree with each other until the cows come home. But when dealing with other countries, they should present a united front.

I read Sen. Tom Cotton just posted that letter online. It wasn't sent through the mail. And read that its contents weren't actually incendiary. It's hard to know what to think.
