Sadly there are quite a few that are running that would rather see women do nothing but cook, clean and do everything a man says and nothing more.
It's unfathomable that the United States has never had a female president.
It truly is unfathomable, and you can see why, you don't have to look any further than Donald Trump. We need someone to change the media, all of the garbage that people unconsciously take in from everywhere, advertisements, TV, even some powerful women, who sell them self short as sex objects. Could you imagine a TV show of rich powerful women who didn't act like sex objects and instead act like future leaders of the world, or even had the nerve to act authoritatively. Women like that are branded as aggressive, not a leadership type word. Women who act powerfully are too often ridiculed and put under a microscope that no man would ever even put up with!! Having to dot every "i" and cross every "t"lest someone blow something they did, way out of proportion. Personally, it starts at home and how we put ideas into our little girls and boys. Maybe that would be a good place to start.

Contrary to what you're hearing from the corporate-controlled media, Hillary Clinton did NOT win the Iowa Caucuses last night. Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton statistically tied -- which means that they divide that state's delegates. But here's why it's more so a victory for Bernie Sanders: Only several months ago, Bernie Sanders was polling 40 points BELOW Hillary -- and for him to tie with an establishment politician with tremendous name-recognition is staggering. Staggering. Hillary's team has already invested half of their resources ... only to TIE with a so-called "Socialist." The establishment is scared -- especially since the next primary is New Hampshire ... ... where Bernie Sanders is firmly 30 points ahead of Hillary Clinton.

When I heard that Sarah Palin endorsed Trump, my first thought was, who cares? What possible difference can that make?
Looks like it hurt him: Trump lost to Ted Cruz last night.

I like Senator Bernie Sanders more than any other candidate. I just realized this tonight.

Seems weird that they tied. I used to think Iowa's so staid, narrow minded and conservative (they were the first state to legalize gay marriage, though) and now this. I did read though that Hillary's team expects Bernie Sanders to win New Hampshire, he's from near by Vermont or lived there a very long time and was in politics there a long time as Senator. He's 30 points ahead of her in N.H. Hills hasn't given up yet, not by a long shot and looks forward to what comes after New Hampshire, I read, expecting much better times ahead.

Hillary Clinton is a flip-flopping liar. In her "victory" speech last night, she -- once again -- reversed her position on universal healthcare. Unbelievable liar. And I am stupefied that she has the support that she has. Is it really that big a deal to support her because she merely has a vagina?

Campaign 2016: Hillary Clinton Pitched Iraq As 'A Business Opportunity' For US Corporations: http://www.ibtimes.com/campaign-2016-hillary-clinton-pitched-iraq-business-opportunity-us-corporations-2121999 __________________________________________________ #Truth A warning to warring Democrats in the Clinton-Sanders race: "... It?s enough to make you think that one side will stay home in November if the other side wins the nomination. And if that happens, Democrats would have themselves to blame for the Republican president unleashed on the nation. This isn?t hyperbole. Look at what happened in 2010 and 2014. Democrats lost both houses of Congress because their voters didn?t show up at the polls. Both votes were comedowns from the highs that put Obama in the White House. His election in 2008 as the nation?s first black chief executive and reelection in 2012 brought so many African Americans to the polls that they surpassed the rate of whites for the first time in history. ..." https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-partisan/wp/2016/02/01/a-warning-to-warring-democrats-in-the-clinton-sanders-race/

You are correct it was a tie. Did I read correctly a stupid coin was flipped to determine the winner? I'm really hoping I misread that.

Either Bernie or Hillary would be fine as the next President. We must avoid another GOP president Hell of helping out Richie Rich, harming nature and the environment, and waging more wars.

Anybody else watch Bernie on SNL last night?

Maybe in the next generation, but for now, it's still perfectly acceptable to attack women. If Clinton gets the nomination, which her party will do everything they can to prevent, the misogyny during the campaign will be as bad if not worse than the racism during the 2008 campaign.

I don't see why Iowa can't have a primary like everyone else.

Sanders & Trump won Vermont
-
You mean New Hampshire More specifically, Sanders clobbered Clinton, Trump won big, John Kasich came in a strong second and the RubioBot crashed and burned.

I think she will get it and you're right, those mysogenistic Trump lovers/woman haters...will be stampeding on top of of their mothers, grandmothers, aunts, and daughters backs for the chance to smear her every move... It will definitely be worse than the racism since 2008 and a black man as President. A Woman!!! America should take notice that they fall behind the UK with Queen Elizabeth, Margaret Thatcher and Germany, with Chancellor Angela Merkel, India with Indira Gandhi, Israel's Prime Minister, Golda Meir We're not the forward thinking, leadership model country... that we think we are... Something to ponder with women as leaders http://www.jjmccullough.com/charts_rest_female-leaders.php

How is it okay to honor The Black Panther Party at a public event by Beyoncé and the all African American dancers. Read the violent history of The Black Panther Party. But the U.S. Government shoots and kills a 55 year old man Levoy Finnicum for his Freedom of Speech at a bird sanctuary in Oregon, after a planned ambush outside the sanctuary after being surrounded by armed government agents? He was shot 9 times. 9 times. He was someone's husband, Father, grandfather, brother, friend. I think both sides of that spectrum are radical and violent and are hate groups. You can't have it both ways. White or Black or Red or Yellow you cannot advocate violence to achieve equality.
