"Jet" is a killer follow-up to any opener, but -- to me -- it has become the equivalent to Elvis Presley's "I Got A Woman," which remained The King's perennial follow-up song until his final concert. There are tons of Elvis concert-bootlegs out there, and hearing "See See Rider/I Got A Woman" over and over and over and over and over is anticlimactic to Elvis-enthusiasts like me. Why not move "Jet" to the first slot in the first encore?

I agree, whole heartedly...I was there for his last show..I have seen a lot of concerts this still remains one of the best. The man still had this magic about him. This was the first concert, and the only one for a long time that there was old gray haired people with children. But very cool The man did a version of Bridge over troubled water that was so moving..unbelievably emotional ...

That Indianapolis show is a night-and-day difference from the shows that CBS-TV filmed right up until that night.

Yes The show was sold out and I was dating a girl whose step father worked with a guy who was selling 2 tickets, I think I paid 30.00 which was about average price back then but they were also in the nose bleed section. Any way I also saw Chicago the night before in the same building. I think my girlfriend wanted to go more than I but I ended up having a better time than she did. The man could sing. I was shocked when less than two months later I heard the news of him passing away..Great crowd that night..I will never forget that infamous phrase a little over two ,minutes "Elvis has left the building"..

But in all seriousness, I think he's going to do 'a Bologna' again this time, and will baffle us with a 'Listen To What The Man Said'-addition or two. The "brand new show" will not see the day of light yet.

Last year Paul didn't pull out the Christmas songs until the last few shows later in December. He didn't do any for the 5th December London show I went to... and that was December. I doubt any will be played in November. I think we're stuck with at least 80% of the same setlist forever. I think Paul will never change it up as much as we'd like. Please prove me wrong, Macca.

But, there won't be anything in 2012 after these shows, and he has a new christmas recording coming out just before the tour and another group is covering "Wonderful Christmastime". It would be great publicity. I think 80% might be a bit strong of a figure

He'll not do Wonderful Christmastime, it's too early. In 2009, 2010 and 2011 he didn't start doing it until well into December! He didn't do it at all on 20th December 2010 which I still find confusing!!

He did it in London a few days before on the same tour and he did it on 20th December 2009 in Dublin with no fake snow! The crowd was begging for it but he didn't oblige that night.

Well, you know what I mean. The majority of the setlist will stay as it is whether we like it or not. Also, we don't know for sure that these will be the last shows of 2012 yet. Paul wouldn't do christmas songs just because they're the 'last shows' of the year. He'll do them because he wants to and because he feels it's near enough to christmas to do them. As Chris and I have said, he normally does them in December, but sometimes even December shows haven't had christmas songs. But who really knows? We'll just have to wait and see.
