OMG ppl are you serious it was the flight from hell getting to Warsaw crying baby all the way from `LAX to Frankfurt... didn\t sleep for over 35 hrs.. went to old town when I got in.. beautiful.. great beer got attacked by the mesquitos... yesterday went to the stadium.. waited there like a dumb ass- for hrs for Paul.. hours & hours was there @ 2:45pm .. security was nice at the gates.. the place is huge & didn't know where to stand... it was hot & began to rain - a down p[our I had a dress on!!!! ops: was soaked security gave me a rain thingy to cover me up.. Paul didn't get there until 9:30 pm we waited 8 hrs!!!! hahaha at us! Brian R.. came out and greeted us, joked with us... and foned in there were 3 fans waiting for him Paul was there in minutes .. they all flew in by car -in 4 black mercedes.. NO PAUL!!!!!! we began to cry after all that waiting and in the rain.. we listened to the rehearsals.. they did Penny Lane- Sing the changes - Celebration- Honey Don't can't remember anything else at that moment the rehearsal eneded at 10:40pm!!! we were there all that time no food or water hahahahahahahah!!!! : Brian came out "you girls still here?" he told us Paul had been on radio interview by fone when he flew in .. he was so kind & gracious to us.. we waited for Paul to come out and we stood on the wrong side and couldn''t see him he waved at us .. all that waiting F man~!!!! lol :lol :ps what time is it in the US? it's 11:05am here oin Poland
how was the sound of the Rehearsal outside the Stadium yesterday? I was so tempting to go there but saw the Big Stadium and it seemed that the audio won't come out. Have a great time at the concert
Mike the sound was fine 'outside'.. but the show in the venue alotta echo couldn't hear really well in the sound check.. ops: also there was a few sound glitches last night after sound check we all got kicked out± : : fucking security worst sound check exeprience ever .. more later ta±

****ing security worst sound check exeprience ever ..
Wow, what happened?
-
Security were draconian during the show too! I'll write a better review when I get home but Lovely Rita, Hi Hi Hi and Your Mother Should Know we're worth the trip on their own! Loved the Hey Paul moment, amazing!

I've got a couple of questions about the tour book being sold in Warsaw. Is the cover light blue (as in Brazil) or dark blue (as in the USA)? http://distilleryimage1.s3.amazonaws.com/c8f66572b79f11e2a5cd22000a1fb0b0_7.jpg http://static.musictoday.com/store/bands/2003/product_large/BGAMPM51.JPG Also, does it include a page translated to Polish? Here is the one I got in Brazil, with the translation to Portuguese, as an example: http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j51/5th-beatle/mensagem_zps08303f13.jpg Thanks.

Why a bit overzealous? Its Macca not Megadeath surely no need for the rough stuff.

I'd say so I went the toilet and when I went to return to my seat the was two security staff who wouldn't let me return to my seat I had to walk to the other side to get back to my seat. I got back to my seat so wasn't that bothered but couldn't get me head round why they did that

The security was absolutely draconian after the invasion during 1985!
-
Well, compared to my previous gig - 2003 Vienna - now it was rather liberal actually. Back then you couldnt move one centimeter away from your seat, like for example to dance in the aisle, not to mention that all cameras were strictly confiscated, while yesterday everyone was filming..

Just back from Warsaw, where to start, well left London Stansted yesterday morning, also got chatting to a few people who were also seeing Paul. Arrived to a temperature of 26 degrees, it sure was hot! Got to the stadium just after 5pm and joined the queue, Paul was still soundchecking, heard him do Whole Lotta Shakin, Things we said Today and Two of Us before I found the place to collect my ticket. Was sat in block B5 not a bad seat tbh was sat next to a guy from Finland who was just a tad over excited at the prospect of the concert!! Anyway Paul came on just after 9pm, fantastic show, highlights for me Eight Days a Week, Listen to what the man said, We Can Work It out, Lovely Rita, Another Day and Your Mother Should Know. The Crowd really loved Mrs Vandebilt and Ob la di, but it was a bit muted during Mr Kite. As Cfergoid mentioned about the Hey Paul signs that we all held up, you could see Paul was touched by that. Only minor point was that it would have been nice to hear something else instead of IJSAF. Next stop Vienna

That's strange I did the same and there was no issue at all just had to show my ticket, where abouts were u sitting.

Its a different world now,you simply cant stop people filming with the cameras in the phones etc the sooner artists accept it the better.

I know, i know, but it wasnt just phones, big cameras too - security made no problem for that. And overall i found the staff quite nice and helpful, really, and quite well organised.

A3 row 13 I went the bar a few times and they was ok with that!! If I was drunk then maybe I could understand why they was being like that but when I went along to another entrance to my seat they let me so I don't know The security at the front told me to leave me camera and collect it after the show I sneaked it loads of people by me had video cameras mobile phones etc
