well, truthfully I am afraid of thunder and lightning!

It's always the risk with outdoor shows...sometimes I've been lucky enough to be under a roof, other times I got drenched. Either way, it's going to be a fantastic show!

Hey all! I've never posted on here before but I've been lurking around for quite some time, and figured it would be good to start chiming in on one or two things! ANYWAYS... I did want to put my .02 in on the rain issue; I was at the New Kids/Backstreet concert at Fenway in '11, and it poured, but it was still a blast and I was lucky enough to be in the grandstand and not get wet! Also, umbrellas aren't allowed at fenway, just a heads up to anyone who didn't know (I may have had to throw one out once because it was in my bag at the gate... Oops!) I was also wondering, does anyone know around when Paul would be arriving at Fenway? I'd LOVE to catch him outside the park for a split-second moment of eye contact Thanks a bunch!

If the forecast isn't promising, you may want to buy a throw-away plastic rain coat...just in case. At least you can keep your program (and other souvenirs) dry.

That's some excellent advice on the toss away rain poncho. That saved my life at the Piedmone Park show in Atlanta, 2009. Even so, the bottom part of my shorts as well as socks were so wet when i got back to the hotel I had to squeeze the water out. Here's hoping for dry times at this weekend's concerts.

I'll be in the third row center, anyone have any ideas of signs that I should make? I've never brought a sign before and I only want to hold it up at a key moment so I won't bother the people behind me. I'm also going to soundcheck. Any requests? I saw the Ram On request...
That's where I'm sitting too! I'll be happy to help you hold up your sign

Just one more night's sleep before the show!! 105.7 FM will be playing Paul and Beatles music all day tomorrow 6am-midnight to get us pumped for the show (not that we need any help )
-
Nice!!! I've been playing Paul/Wings/Beatles all day (I do pretty much every day anyway) I just reserved parking right near Fenway and printed out my permit...so excited!!! I cannot believe it's tomorrow!

Now that's my kind of town, one that has a radio station that goes AllPaul on concert day. Wish I was there. In 1990, saw him in the old Foxboro Stadium as I lucked up and my job sent me to Boston on a conference and I scored a ticket. Great memories, hope all of you make some great ones tomorow night!

Latest forecast is high 70s, low 80s, cooler and drier than it has been (it's been in the 90s and brutally humid), but a chance of rain shower or tstorms, so pack the poncho. They think closer to the coast (as is Boston) the showers may fizzle and most places will stay dry. Here's hoping! Packing the poncho anyway. Don't forget Paul will start between 7:30 and 8:00 as he has to observe the noise ordinance curfew and be done by 11:00!

There are still a few $100 and $250 tickets popping up through the Red Sox website! I hope that some fans who haven't manage to get a ticket yet will have some luck now!

Can't wait! Anyone already have places to visit/eat/drink planned out? Looking for suggestions. Also just wondering if anyone has even a rough idea of when Paul might arrive to Fenway. Obviously would love to catch a glimpse of his arrival but no one seems to know anything.
