Sounding good tonight. I caught a periscope feed during the magic piano bit.

You didn't need to have a ticket to enjoy the show. You could hear the band perfectly from outside the stadium in front of Ballpark Village. Enjoyed listening to the soundcheck from the patio at Ballpark Village. My favorite song of the soundcheck was "Midnight Special." The concert was fantastic! My seat on the floor sec B2 was great. Nice to hear some story telling from Paul in between songs. It didn't look like Paul even broke a sweat last night. He was cool as a cucumber the entire evening. The man is unbelievable!! I didn't get a Chuck Berry song, which I was hoping for, but Paul did say before he left the stage after the encores "St. Louis, the home of Chuck Berry." Thank you Paul for a real good time.

That. Was. Incredible!! I just don't get how Paul can consistently deliver such an amazing set even though he gets older! Didn't really notice a mistake all night and he sounded wonderful on the vocals, and phenomenal on the instruments! I checked several songs, and seeing the Live and Let Die fireworks in a stadium, off my bucket list last night. Gonna be riding the Macca high for a long time!!

Any word on soundcheck besides Midnight Special and Lady Madonna (implied)?

I heard most of soundcheck from outside. Let em in, sanfransisco bay blues, Mrs vanderbilt, on my way to work some of the others I heard. Only negative was that I left my program in the seat and can't find any for sale online. Didn't even get to read it. It was gone when I went back to look for it.

What a 14 hour journey! Left KC about 2, arrived alive in St. Louis about 6, visited fellow Beatle/Wing fans until showtime. Headed back west at midnight and arrived back in KC around 4am. Weather was perfect and the crowd, for the most part, were well behaved and had a blast. Couple observations from my 19th McCartney show -Paul sounded really good, of course except for a couple hiccups during Maybe I'm Amazed; why does he still sing this tough tune; the crowd goes absolutely bonkers, that's why. -the acoustic set, though very interesting and historic, doesn't work well in stadium surroundings. Streams of people left to grab a drink or hit the bathroom. Streams! -Live and Let Die was positively majestic; I love watching the faces of first timers!! -Since I was proudly wearing my black "Wings" shirt, several fans kept asking me, when does he do "Jet"? C'mon Sir Paul, bring back this epic tune. -Overall, another fantastic night with Paul and the boys; the crowd around me seemed to be having the time of their lives.

Saturday night, I saw Paul McCartney in concert for the 8th time. Every time you see the man in the flesh, new memories and special moments are born. This time around, Paul was playing in St. Louis at Busch Stadium, where my favorite baseball team (STL Cardinals) plays. That was special because I had seats on the field so I had to walk on the infield dirt and outfield grass in order to get to my seat. That's probably the only time I'll ever be on the field at Busch so that was an awesome experience. The concert was absolutely incredible as always. I got to hear Paul play one of my favorite Wings songs, Letting Go which I never thought I'd get to hear him perform. The boys were on form all night and kept the crowd rocking from beginning to end. It's a 3 hour trip where you're just there living in the moment of that man's beautiful music that's meant so much to so many people over the past however many years. Getting to meet new people at shows is great too because we're all like one big happy McCartney family who are there for the love of the music. All the stress and worries of every day life goes away when you're at a Paul McCartney show. It's a surreal experience and it's one I never get tired of. It's certainly a thrill and as always, can't wait till next time!

I think a good time was had by all in St. Louis, I know I had a great time. The sound check was really fun and it was nice meeting Abbey and her dad. It was hot but ooooooo so much fun
