VERY encouraging to see Michelle in the setlist! I wonder if it will stay in for this whole leg or be a new alternate? I'm hoping he'll play it in DC for Michelle Obama as he did in 2009.
Either that or "Mrs.Vandebilt" is gone.
I'm okay with that! I've heard Mrs. Vandebilt FIVE times live...who thought we'd ever be complaining about THAT?!

Mull Of Kintyre

That looks EPIC. is this all we know about the encore? Was it an addition or a replacement? Was there even two encores? Sometimes he morphs it into one when the pipe band is involved.

Show was late starrting because paul ended soundcheck late. After the paid checkers left, he did Mull several times + also Michelle. We could hear but not see. Encores the same - two separate ones. Mull was excellent. Someone's 81 year old gtandma was on stage for a hug (thx to a sign) after Hi Hi Hi, i think it was. More later when I am not using a phone to post

There were two encores. The first one after Hey Jude (3 songs) and then the next one started with Yesterday, Mull Of Kintyre, Helter Skelter and then the Carry That Weight/Golden Slumbers/The End medley. OMG that was the best Paul show I have ever seen, and I've now seen 7 over 24 years. He was in spectacular voice, and the energy on stage and in the crowd was unbelievable. If I didn't know better, I'd think he was 20 years younger than his actual age. He is like the freaking energizer bunny. I can't get over it. I am not sure if I even have a favourite song at this point....Mrs. Vanderbilt was a highlight, as was Hi Hi Hi. Yes, I'm a big Wings fan, and I loved all his references to Wings, including the hand sign. I bought my yellow Wings shirt! Had to fight crowds up and down stairs to get it. I am so happy! I want to see that concert again! Best $275 I've ever spent, hands down. I am so looking forward to youtube videos (fingers crossed). Thank you Sir Paul for coming back to Ontario! I must sleep now. What a freaking fabulous day it's been. Night all.

Awesome that "Michelle" and "Mull of Kintyre" made an appearance. Some nice pics posted, too. Pretty quick coverage. I'll do my best next week to contribute some updates from Milwaukee and Indy in a timely fashion.

So it looks like Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Five was cut and Michelle was added later down the list with Mull being an extra. I don't know how I feel about that if he does that for DC. I LOVE both 1985 and Michelle, Mull would be an awesome bonus... I guess I will lean with the fact that I have heard 1985 live before and not the other too. I am going to guess this is a one off thing anyways.
-
1985 was not cut. Nothing was cut. 2 songs added plus the Happy Birthday to Ringo
-
1985 was definitely played. It rocked!

oh come on now. No cutting of Wings or solo songs! Let's try to get more, more, more!
