I got Stiffed! Was on even before 10:00 AM too. The wait time was at first a minute then all of a sudden its at 15 mins. Then it went back and forth from as few as 6 minutes then back up to 14 then to 8 than to 12 etc.
Disregard the first post. All of a sudden some opened up. section 214B. Not the best seats but they'll do.

Triplets Love Paul So happy to hear the triplets under normal circumstances, would love to dress up. Enjoy every minute of it! I have such great memories of the 05 tour with him rockin to the Man with his Sgt pepper suit. I'm hoping my son will be in NY on July 15th, if he is he will be there. Thanks for remembering it was MacGirl with the original answer to the seating question, you are right on top of everything! She sat 1 row behind me in Philadelphia. She was a lot of fun. I haven't seen her post here in a while. I was hoping she had some pictures of Paul signing the drumhead. Where are you MacGirl? JOYCE Row 6 the lucky row, that's great!! I hope you are sitting next to us, but you will probably get much more of Paul's attention sitting next to DrivinFan also in row 6. I think he has all the right connections, especially at sound check!!!
forget 64...Row 6 will be rockin!! BTW...are you in A4?

How are you all getting such close seasts? Are you buying the VIP packages? I can't afford that!

Hello Everyone! Has anyone been able to successfully obtain tickets from the American Express presale??? I'm following all the links to the presale but only getting access to the VIP packages - nowhere to get the AmExp seats. I did get 2 fanclub seats for myself yesterday...but my girlfriend asked me to find her 2 tickets (she's working and can't do it). (Hi Forget64!!! I DO have great pictures from Philly to share....I have shots of you guys with the drumhead, but not of Paul actually signing - I may have been in shock at that moment! But otherwise, there are 200 amazing pictures to share when I figure out how.)

I had more trouble with the American Express pre-sale this time than I did other times. First, I never got a notice from them, as I always do. Then, only those premium seats were showing up for about 15 minutes or so. Finally, the other seats showed up, and I managed to get 3, though I wanted to get 4: not available. Oh, well...I feel better at least having tix in hand (printed them out!) Since I could only get 3 together, I spent a little more than I planned and took section 118; hope it's a good one!

Wow...I'm not even getting a box to put the presale code in and have been at it since noon. What link did you use to get to the sale? I'm following links from AmExp website to Ticketmasster.

I followed the link on the American Express website to Ticketmaster and was able to queue up a ticket ... I'm not looking to buy any in this presale so I didn't go through with the purchase, but it worked for me. Specifically, I clicked on Entertainment on the Amex website, and then Paul McCartney, and then Buy Tickets. I was then able to go through the standard Ticketmaster process for buying tickets. I hope it works for you!

I used this link: http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/1D0046C799454397?artistid=735610&majorcatid=10001&minorcatid=1 And didn't need any code word at all. Good luck!

Hi MacGirl, I was successful in purchasing tickets for a friend via the American Express pre-sale. At the moment, they are not offering preferred seating for this event, therefore no pre-sale code is required. This is the link that I used, the direct link to Ticketmaster. Good luck! http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/1D0046C799454397?artistid=735610&majorcatid=10001&minorcatid=1

I dont know how easy it might be to get tickets via Ticketmaster, so I decided to go straight to Ebay and buy them there. Some can be bought right away via the buy-it-now option, or you can also put in an offer if you want to try and haggle on the $ price. I just got a pair of tix in Section 122. The Ebay seller listed his phone # so I was able to speak with him directly and buy them with my credit card, so I'm satisfied. I imagine there might be some good deals to be found, but in my case, I didnt want to wait too long and miss out. Its a good feeling to have when you know you've got actual tix. So, I'll be there in 122, hope its a great show for everyone! Sir Fred.
-
That link I and Triplets mentioned should work for you. I did have much more trouble with this pre-sale than previous ones. It took a long time and many clicks before I could actually get any tix, and even then, the selection was quite limited. Keep trying!
-
Hey, Beatle Fred! I KNOW what you mean about having the tix! Can relax a little, now! I'll be in 118, so maybe we can wave at each other!
