Is anybody else trying the radio presale on TM? Nothing at all is coming up for me and my friend can't even see it as an option on TM. Did we crash the system. I was on the second it flipped.

I didn't get ANY results till a few minutes ago, and they were in section 425. I hate all this presale nonsense....I just want to get good floor seats and be done!!
-
Yes, the radio pre-sale is showing up now, but I'm not having any luck with it, or Amex, or Live Nation, as far as getting 2 seats together, even trying different prices! I think they are pushing the most expensive seats first. Think luck will be better with the general sale on Monday???
-
I just noticed the tix I got yesterday and printed out, say: Time TBD! I've seen several different times mentioned elsewhere, so, just what IS the time for this show?? Is it really still to be decided?
-
I finally got something to come up in the 400 section but not interested in those. I don't think they're offering any floor seats since I've tried both of the top prices to no avail. They may be selling top priced packages and put others up later. Crap! I hate presales!
-
I think there is a very low number of tickets avaliable for presales this time since there are so many!!! -Website Presale Thursday -Livenation presale Friday -American Express presale Friday -Yankee Presale Friday -Radio Presale Saturday If they did a normal presale amount for each of them, it would be sold out by tonight!!! And on ticketmaster, it says the show is at 8pm.
-
Yes, ticketmaster said show at 8, and someone posted earlier doors open at 6:00...but knowing how Citi Field went in 2009, Paul didn't start until I think 8:45....so many NYC friends and family and VIPs to hob nob with before the show I guess!

Yes CitiField was a VERY long wait, gates were at 6:30 and on the third night Paul didnt take the stage till 9!!!

Guess it's 8 P.M., then. Thanks! I had even seen 4 P.M. mentioned! And, yes, I know Paul never seems to start on time! He should take an example from Ringo, who runs a tight show and starts promptly, right on the time stated! (Of course, Ringo also immediately leaves the stage at the end, with no encores, at least none that I've seen!)

Some of that depends on the facilities and the stage hands unions. If you run past a certain hour in some cities, the stage hands get paid OT... Ringo does encores, but as he says before his encore, I'm not going off the stage, I don't do that anymore, you know I'm coming back...and then he does his last song(s). Well, doors to the general public can't open at 4:00 there are those expensive soundcheck packages that go on inside at that hour or at around 5:00...but we can listen outside for free...

No floor seats at all. I did get Section 426 to come up so I know there actually was a radio pre-sale.... The third time is the charm. Maybe with the Public Sale on Monday. That will be my friend and my third time trying for tix at Yankee Stadium.

Ringo is great with timing! The only encore I've seen him do was "Birthday" with Paul! So I think unless theres another beatle in the house, its bye bye for Ringo! And he was very pushy about ending, as soon as the song was over it was " oh thank you this is nice blah blah, GOODNIGHT!"

Just an update for any presalers Theres still single seats avaliable for amex and radio, but there aren't any two seats together remaining for any presales. I'll be taking my chances monday, I'm getting on the floor one way or another!!!!

I'm hoping for an opening act...Sir Paul has excellent taste. I enjoyed The Script (yes, they are my favorite Irish band!), and was first introduced to the Kaiser Chiefs at Anfield - they are back together again & terrific. I find I have a better appreciation of the opening act if I familiarize myself with their music ahead of time, but your mileage may vary.

I don't like Paul having an opening act, sorry, but I didn't enjoy the script at all, too much like U2 who I REALLY dont like, again sorry to anyone on here who's big on them, just not my thing. And Theivery Corporation was a joke at Fedex Field, the old couple behind me though they were sound technicians at first (btw, that old couple were married Jan. '64 and went to The Beatles first US concert in DC, they paid like $4 for tickets! )

MacGirl glad to see you're back. When you figure out how, I would love to see the pictures from Philly, especially the one's with the signed drumhead!

The anticipation before the start of every new McCartney tour is always very high. For "On The Run" I believe it is higher than ever. Paul seems to be "listening" to his fans here with "Venus and Mars", "1985" and more recently, "Junior's Farm" added to his setlist. I have a feeling many of us will be blown away this time around!

I'm getting that same vibe, nad the fact that many fans want Jet out seems like its also being noted. But clearly Paul wants it to stay, which I'm very glad about! As far as New Wings songs go, my first pick to add would be Listen To What The Man Said. Its really a sin that he doesn't play this OR Silly love songs!
-
I wish he would play Silly Love Songs too....it is one of my favs!
-
With the McCartney/McCartney II remasters coming out, I'm hoping for Teddy Boy and/or Junk.
