Paul's parents, Mary & Jim
-
Paul and stepsister Angie with Martha, and father Jim watching in the background (circa 1966?)
-
^ His step-sister is Ruth. Angie is her mom. Ruth was born Feb. 15, 1960, so not sure if that’s 1966, plus look at Paul’s sideburns. He didn’t have those in 1966. Pic may be 1967 or even 1968.
Found this taken on the same day. I have it labeled as circa 1967:

DOH. Thanks, Nancy. I knew his step-sister's name is Ruth, and step-mother is Angie. Must have been name dyslexic this morning, lol. Was wondering why Angie wasn't in the photo when I typed that... perhaps it's because she took the photo.

I would guess late May / June 1968. If you compare the photos of Paul with the ones taken at his brothers first wedding (7th June 1968), Paul's hair looks very similar.

How old was Paul's Dad Jim when he passed away, and what did he die of (Macca is going to live to be 106)? Thanks for info

His father died in 1976, I think he was 73/74... I looked in a biography of Paul and it said his father died of bronchial pneumonia and heart failure. I read that he also had crippling arthritis that was very painful, and that kept him from attending Paul and Linda's wedding, in 1969

I just didn’t think Ruth is 8 years old in that photo though! She looks 7 to me.
This is the end of June 1967 and the hair is similar:

He died Mar. 18, 1976, Still age 73. He would have turned 74 on July 7, 1976. Coincidently, John’s dad died Apr. 1, 1976 at the age of 63. (Born Dec. 14, 1912)

Kestrel, I see what you mean about June 7, 1968. Very similar too!
-
This is another photo from brother Mike's wedding in 1968... step-sister Ruth is at right of photo. She would have been 8. Somehow she seems older in this photo than she does in the one of Paul and Martha, but like Kestrel said, because of Paul's sideburns, the photo appears to be from around this time.

Thank heavens Michael McCartney didn't get like Meghan Markle's relatives upon his brother Paul's staggering success. Well, Markle's half-sister and father. It's nearly driven them crazy with jealousy or something that she's become British royalty, and they keep making asses of themselves in the media, talking about Meghan, trashing her and embarrassing her.

Ruth does look younger and her hair is styled differently too so I suspect you are right and that the earlier photos do date from 1967.

“Elementary, my dear Watson!”

Another photo with Ruth. Caption on this (from Pinterest) says 1969. Maybe Linda took the photo.
-
This was taken on same day as photo of him with Martha and Ruth. Caption (from The Daily Beatle website) says it's his dog Eddie, but I thought Eddie was a Yorkshire terrier, not a Scottie. Maybe this is his father Jim's dog?
-
-
Fan photo of Paul holding Eddie, 1969. (The fan who took the photo posted that it was taken around the time of his marriage to Linda.) Seems like it's not the same dog as in the previously posted photos with Martha.
-
Eddie is not the black dog in the pics with Martha. I agree, probably his dad’s or Ruth’s dog. Eddie is the Yorkie in the fan photo, which is probably from April 1969 after he cut his hair. The Beatles did that photoshoot on April 9th where his hair looks about that length:

Thanks, Nancy! We can see there's quite a difference between a Yorkie and a Scottie, lol.
In the Beatles photo it looks like Paul is wearing your favorite cowboy shirt again!
Love the photo of Eddie with Paul and Linda after their wedding. They look so very happy, even though they're pretending to be asleep, lol.
