I'm going tomorrow night. What is the situation with bringing in a camera. Not a big, professional camera with a 300mm lens LOL, but an amateur camera? Thanks.

The usual: no cameras with detachable lens. Your bags will be checked, and they use a scanner on you. Also had cops with dogs. Probably the most security I've seen at a Paul concert.

Has Paul kind of stopped bringing people up on stage on this tour? I haven't really heard of many people being called up recently for tattoo signatures, etc.
there were plenty of SIGN ME (MY WIFE, MY DAUGHTER, FILL IN THE BLANK) kind of signs last night and he ignored all of them (including the one in front of me, he def. saw it as the gal was most persistent to the dismay of the people behind her who were getting quite angry). The one he did comment on, "sign my wife" he mentioned it and said something like, I can't sign your wife at this point of my career.
Yeah I was actually wondering if people had just stopped bringing those signs to shows but now I know that's not the case. Perhaps he just doesn't want the idea to become too predictable.
He hasn't signed anyone at the shows I've been to, nor has anyone gotten on stage. At one of the Orlando shows, two cute girls had a big, bright green sign that said they were "friends of Harold ( the grasshopper ) and also asked for tattoo sigs.. He saw the sign and commented on it, and told the Harold story, but th didn't call them up on stage.

What a show last night at Barclay's!! First the soundcheck...Paul was wearing a jacket and tie. Songs played (15) were posted earlier. Great to hear Twenty Flight Rock after so many years...I believe '89 was the last time! He also did Bluebird which was also great to hear!!
Love Twenty Flight Rock. He has been sound checking it more often.

Probably the most security I've seen at a Paul concert.
Most likely had more security than usual because of all the other celebs and government officials there. Someone said there was a lot more security down on the main floor as well because of Bloomberg.

Yes, and also just because it's New York City, plus all the crazy things happening recently. I'm not complaining at all; I want to keep Paul, and us, safe!
