        I understand him hating things like "When I Am 64" and "Rocky Racoon" for example but I think he is just jealous of McCartney when he is dismisses "Let It Be".

          Can’t understand his comments about Birthday and Let It Be. And It’s Only Love and Yes It Is are beautiful songs. John sounded like he was in a bad mood when he gave those critiques!

          He could be a real ass sometimes.

            John could be very mercurial and sometimes trashed great songs. In another interview he called "And Your Bird Can Sing" -- a song I adore -- "another horror." But the next day he might say something entirely different. That's John.
