Paul at Abbey Road Studios today 23rd July 2018
-
Fifty years ago today Paul was working at Abbey Road studio 2 with the Beatles recording 'Everybody's Got Something To Hide Except Me And My Monkey'. (49 years ago today he was recording 'Ending' ('The End' for the Abbey Road lp.)
Today he's back at the studios for a 'secret' gig.

Very cool! I hope they tape & release the whole show!

Go on the Abbey Road crossing on EarthCam. There is a live shot of people gathering outside the studio, waiting for Paul to leave.

Are they waiting for him to leave or are they waiting to get in to the concert?

I’ve been here for about three hours.
The event is now over as they are loading all the gear onto a big truck. A lot of MPL flight cases etc.
There are still about 70 people here hoping for a glimpse of Paul.
Johhny Depp arrived at 2:20pm so I would guess that the event started soon after.
Frustrating that none of the fans out front got into the event...

Not sure. I'm guessing they are waiting for him to leave.

So no video/live stream of the concert?

Most likeky we'll get an edited one posted later.
It's all promo for the album after all, would be pointless not to post some coverage of it.

Paul has left the building!

So much for a fresh setlist lol. Other than the brand new songs and "909" not much different.

It is typical and should come as no surprise. Three to Four songs off the latest album to promote it which is good but the rest is the same old stuff which is a bit of a shame.
