Paul concerned about funding being cut for LIPA

Apparently, the British government has cut 16 million in funding to the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA). This article states Paul is concerned and would like a further investigation.
This school is very important to him, and does such good work for so many young people, in helping them with their music or whatever creative field they're in. He, John and George attended there in their school days. Hopefully most of the funding can be restored or raised somehow.
