Is this a shortened show?
Special event like last time, with as to be expected the festival set and the token predictable swaps. Tokyo Dome will be the same as last regular tour setlist, with 'Jet'/'Farm'/'Letting Go' and the likes rotated amongst the 3 gigs.

That's what I thought. Thanks.

Its still the One on One tour. Wasnt expecting much to change at all. But a show without BOTR sounds so...wrong!

What the #$%%$!! No Band On the Run?? Are you kidding me Paul? And nothing from Flower In The Dirt?? Yes, I'll still see you in Des Moines and Wichita, but you are slowly ticking me off.
-
It's Budokan. Calm down. The show will be longer...if you're seriously expecting anything from FITD just kiss it goodbye and take "Every Night" as a win from this...hope it sticks around for the year.

I've just noticed he skipped Band on the Run last time he played at Budokan in 2015. The abbreviated 2015 setlist was much stronger overall in my opinion, this one had quite a lot of what I would regard as "filler" which is quite astonishing considering the material he has to work with.

He basically looked at the pre-1980 songs he does in soundcheck and did them all

It looks like he didn't do Yesterday or Band on the Run A Hard Day's Night Jet Drive My Car Junior's Farm Let Me Roll It/Foxy Lady I've Got a Feeling My Valentine Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five Maybe I'm Amazed We Can Work It Out Every Night In Spite of all the Danger Love Me Do Blackbird Here Today Queenie Eye Lady Madonna I Wanna Be Your Man Being for the benefit of Mr Kite Ob-la-di Ob-la-da Sgt Pepper's (Reprise) Back In The USSR Let It Be Live and Let Die Hey Jude Hi Hi Hi Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End Rubbish set list!
Agreed, looking at that set list you would never know he had put out over 20 solo albums since 1980.
