Those have gotten tickets - did you get them in the pre-sale?! I know Crowdsurge said something about not getting them 2 weeks before the concert?

I got mine through the presale, VIP seats. Mine were through tickets.com not crowdsurge.

Oh was that the Amex presale then? I don't feel AS nervous then, I normally go to my local ticketmaster to get my tickets in hand and have never used crowdsurge before now. So I am getting a little anxious about when the tickets will arrive with no tracking info and all.

It was the fan presale. When I clicked in the VIP it took me to tickets.com. I got the Gold, so not sure if maybe they sent those tickets out first?

I have a friend that received his tickets yesterday (Saturday) as well, he purchased via the American Express pre-sale at Tickets.com. I have not received our tickets, I purchased via the Fan pre-sale (CrowdSurge), choosing standard USPS delivery. I have purchased tickets via the Fan pre-sale (CrowdSurge) in the past (choosing standard USPS delivery). When will I receive my tickets? Please note that generally all tickets are sent 2-4 weeks before the show. So at 10 AM on Friday I was on the bus on the way to the first of several wineries as part of a wine conference (yes, I love my job. :wink Long story short, I had to attempt to buy tickets on my Droid (since I didn't have any luck during the presale...), while my husband also tried on his PC at work. Got 4 decent seats at 10:02, but my cart timed out since I just couldn't get all the info on the form filled out on my phone...released them and wasn't able to get anything else for almost 10 minutes. I was near tears, shaking and my head was pounding...then I landed 4 in section 304. Again, the cart timed out when I tried to purchase them, this time because of a credit card verification issue. The website released them again, just as I was about to complete the form. Somehow when I looked for new seats immediately after it found the same ones...section 304 row A. Not great, but my husband, the kids and I will be seeing Paul in July, so all's well that ends well. Ok, guess that wasn't making a long story short lol, but I'm sure there are other fans out there who can relate to the stress about ordering these tix online... See you on July 12!!!!!

I bought 4 tickets in 304-A too! First time around I bought 4 tickets somewhere in the center of row-A. Couple minutes later 4 on the aisle showed up, hell I bought those too. Wife and kids going and I figure the aisle is perfect for us. I hope the kids 10 and 13 can see over the rail and or glass that is directly in front of the row. Won't know until we get there.

No, I didn't get mine yet, but I just ordered through the regular sale. And I often have trouble with my mail delivery, which makes me nervous. Kind of wish I would have done the print at home option...
