Just got Field 5, Row 11!!! KEEP TRYING!!!

cpaige:
This is absolutely horrible. I bought floor seats for both Wrigley shows during summer 2011 without any problem. Why is this so much tougher? I'm glad I had my floor experience and my fiance had his because it looks like we'll be in the nosebleeds for this one.
Good luck. I admit that I'm feeling very blessed to have even gotten tickets for this one and I'll agree, the system was truly terrible. I was trying on two computers because I was having such a difficult time. I actually had to install firefox because I honestly think internet explorer is having a compatibility issue with Crowdsurge... at least I think it was for me.

Thanks. I'm using Firefox and have been the entire time. I'll try my luck with the Amex presale in 10 minutes.

I kept getting the message that there were none available and then that there were only $99 seats. To my shock, up popped a choice for the $255 seats! I'm in the 11th row!!!OMG!!! Best seat I've ever had!!!

I have been trying for 43 minutes. It is also saying I have used my maximum of 4 tickets but haven't even gotten any? This isn't going well.
Please check your cart, you may unknowingly have tickets there. If so, removing those will refresh your ticket limit of four.

After getting stuck in the virtual waiting room for a while I finally got VIP gold, 7th row! Closest I've ever been at a Paul concert!

I have used AMEX presales a couple of times in the past and they have ALWAYS been better IMO than the fanclub presales. However, I've always borrowed my dad's AMEX card and he no longer has one... so, it PM.com was my only way for presale tickets this time around. Good luck with AMEX... honestly, I think you'll do pretty well with it!

I hope so! Unfortunately, I don't have a good enough Amex card to be able to do the preferred seating, so I'm in the regular Amex presale, but I hope that's good enough!

I have got it from pm.com.
-
WOOO!!! Joemcook, you were right! Amex presale came through for me! I was in the waiting room getting frustrated, but then I decided to try it out on Internet Explorer and I got right through! My boy and I have seats 13 and 14 in Floor Section 2, row 17!! Typically I don't like being to the side of the stage like that, but I didn't want to risk losing those seats (I pulled two more and got row 30), so I went for it! This is the closest I've ever been to Paul!! YAY!! BTW, in case anyone was wondering about fees: Tickets were $255 base, $293 with fees. And they're electronic, so you can print them out immediately! WOOO!!!!

Have row 7 center, gold so I'm happy.

People KEEP TRYING! They are still offering great floor seats. Just pulled up a Field 3 row 27. The price point box will change...sometimes it's saying the best available are $99 and then you try again and $125 are available. Then $255. You just have to keep trying. I made the mistake of logging out of pm.com and couldn't get in for over an hour to let people know.I just pulled that $255 a few minutes ago.

What a stressful morning! I was far from impressed with the Floor seats that the AMEX sale was popping up.. I had numerous Field2 and Field6 pop up... turned them all down. When I was about to suck it up and get Row 30 in Field2, I had the impulse to open a new tab on my web browser and search again. Field3 popped up, row 27! I was already in the process of checking out the Field2 Row 30, so I closed that window and bought the Field3 seats! I'm way farther back than I wanted to be, but at least it's a middle section. It was the only middle section that had come up for me all day. I did almost have a mini-meltdown with less than a minute to go in check out process. When I submit my order, it kept taking me back to fill out the 4-digit security code again. I knew I had it correct! With 30 seconds to go, I scrolled down, and realized I didn't check the Insurance option, and that's what was missing after all! I was so confused why it kept giving me a red star after the security code section when that wasn't what I was missing! For all of you who scored tickets, congrats! At least we're going! I almost gave up this morning and was adamant on not going with the crappy seats I was getting. For those who didn't get tickets, hold out for Friday! Also try calling Tickets.com directly through the Washington National's box office rather than sitting in that awful digital waiting room! That's what I did for Cincinnati 2 years ago for the general sale, and I got right through!

Agreed! Keep trying! Can't say I had a ton of luck with the website presale, but I was pulling up tickets. It also seems like it's not throwing me into the queue anymore. If you have an Amex card, though, that presale is MUCH better. I managed to get 2 seats in Section 2, Row 17. I've pulled up a bunch of tickets in floor sections (mostly 2 and 6) in rows 20-25. Great seats!

Congrats! I needed two tickets, so I wasn't pulling up anything in the middle sections. I'm a little disappointed that I'm in Section 2, but row 17 should be close enough to make up for it! YAY!

Crazygina18, you got the ticket I just posted was there. I held it till I posted and then released it hoping that one of you would snatch it up! So glad you got it! I thought I had screwed up big time early on in the pre-sale when I threw back a row 17 ticket! OMG! What did I do??? About half hour in I kept trying even though the message kept saying they couldn't fill the request at this time and finally pulled Floor 5, Row 11! EEEeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! Best seat I've had yet! Miami 2010 Field ? Row 12 was awesome and this is one row closer to Macca! Still can't believe I got that ticket. Feeling very blessed!

Thanks!!!!! I had actually gotten this ticket about a half hour ago through the AMEX sale, but I really hope that ticket you were holding was released to one of the boardie buddies on here as well! CONGRATS on your section 5!! That is amazing! Never giving up is the way to be! Mind I ask if you got that ticket on PM.com's Fan Sale or AMEX?! I'm still checking for better tickets out of curiosity!
-
BTW I've pulled up two seats in row 13 of section 2 a few times on the Amex sale. Someone should grab them!!

Crazygina18, I got my ticket in the fan club pre-sale, about a half hour into it! Then Crowdsurge wasn't accepting my password for some reason. Tried to create a new account and it wouldn't let that go through either. Down to 7 minutes to buy the ticket....panic setting in! Tried the password to login to my account again and bingo! It accepted it and the sale went right through. I swear I've taken 10 years off my life with these pre-sales for Paul over the years! So guess I'll die younger, but happier!LOL
