Qouting a senior VP at AEG " I'm ecstatic that Paul McCartney is one of the fastest sellouts on record in St. Louis at the Scottrade center." Hoping that makes them add another night!

It wouldn't be unheard of for him to do so, especially since he added a show in Edmonton. P.S. I love how they are going to claim such a fast sellout, even though tickets have technically been on sale all week through various presales...
Either way, a sellout is a sellout.

According to McCartney's web site St. Louis is now a sellout.
Oh my gosh!!! Not this is anything new for Paul, but man is that impressive! And man do I feel lucky to have my 34th row seats!!!
In my experience in the Staes most of his concerts sell out
Yes, if not all!
Just not necesarily right away...
-
Kind of like the 7 second sell out for the Hard Rock show when we got our tickets about 45 minutes in.

Hi Janet - You will love meeting all the Macca fans in person! Lots of great people with great stories. I'm in section B, 3rd row in the middle. Be sure to say Hi...I live in San Diego too. Barb Hey, Barb, how cool. I have no Paul friends here. well, one flakey guy who wanted me to buy him a ticket and I said no cause I can't afford to buy two and then he flakes on me. I will have to figure out how to post a photo here so you will know who I am. and we can meet. Also, do you know the numbering of tickets in section B. I'm seat 16 and I was wondering if its pretty much dead center or on the side. Janet
-
Really wanted you to buy his ticket?? Wow, pretty wild I just want someone to pay for my hotel and dinner and drinks but a ticket no, I would never ask that..LOL Pretty crazy...actually surprising from this forum..
-
He could have done what I did. Join the fanclub and go for the presale. I would have had fun with him at the show, guaranteed. Just connected after 35 years. And we've seen a few shows together. in the past year. He loves Paul but has so much going on he forgets what he's doing tomorrow let alone able to arrange something 2 months away. So I'm better on my own, except he would have shared the room so that would have saved me a few dollars. I know there is a fridge in my room so guess what...I'll be looking for a grocery store the minute I arrive! Save me some cash on food.

I DID IT... I bought a ticket (with sound check) to see Paul in St Louis... It's only a 14 hour drive from home (Canada). I hope to meet up with a lot of PAUL FRIENDS while I'm there.
Row 4!!!! I can't believe it... I'm shaking... #2 on my Bucket List. #1 is to meet him.
No presale, no code.. just went to the St Louis site, and said BUY TICKET, chose the Sound Check and got Sec A row 4.
-
Sandy, I'm in row 4 too. And it's my first soundcheck. Really excited. congrats on scoring a fantastic ticket. Janet

My Bucket List: #1 MEET Paul #2 VIP ticket with Sound Check (DONE) #3 Paul Autograph Here's hoping!!!
-
Great bucket list. I met Paul in 82 on Oxford St. walking to Air Studios, had a brief chat and got an autograph. But no photo op, of course cause it was on a busy street. So My number 1 would be a photo with him. But hey, after that encounter in 82 I said, okay, that's it. Nothing could ever top this. So I have to go with that . Now its being close, in the thick of it where all the excitement is, where the fans are like me, wanting to dance and have a party for 2 and a half hours. This is going to be bloody brilliant. Janet

The closest I've been is as he drives in at the A.C.C. in Toronto. I have a video and a few still shots of him. The closest seats were in 2010, right side of the stage, 1 row off the floor. This year is GONNA ROCK!!!!! I've met some of the people that are going, and know some from Facebook. I can't wait!!

I was trying to buy packages through the original PM sale. I kept trying for something in the center section. i was eventually cut off from the ticketmaster site with a code which i thought was a problem with the TM site. It turns out I was locked out because i had too many entries to TM. I couldn't read the codes so I kept trying. The next day When I was allowed into the TM system nothing was available in first row package or gold packag or any seats period. . So I thought the allotment was sold out through the PM site. Are you saying packages were available for 4 days, because I could'nt find any. I tried today with the general sale and i only found 1 gold package in section A to the far right once, and then nothing else. Then it was sold out Everything.

Got this information from Scottrade Center regarding the seating configuration for the floor seats: There are 3 sections of B on the floor? first section rows 1-3, second section rows 4-20, third section rows 21-40. Same with A & C. There are 16 seats in a row in section B, and 12 seats in a row in Sections A & C Seat 1 is going to be on the right if you are looking at the stage and 16 would be on the left.

Great News! OK, who has been to the Scottrade Center? In case any of us are lucky enough to get floor seats how do the seat numbers run facing the stage? The seating chart I saw shows, facing the stage the sections run left to right A, B, then C. A friend of mine who was there thinks the seat numbers run from right to left. seat number 1 being the first seat on the right. Can anyone help with info? Thanks
Right to left when looking at stage, per Scottrade website. Floor seats are padded folding chairs and are all on a flat floor level, not tiered, and are numbered from right to left when facing the stage. http://www.scottradecenter.com/events-tickets/seating-information.html
Sorry this thank you for the info is so late but things have been a little crazy for me! THANKS!

anyone else having an issue ordering tickets through ticketmaster? I put my order in right at 10 am when they went on sale and it keeps saying there are not any left. Is it possible that it would sell out that quick?!
Yeah!! Same problem! One way or another we will be there!
-
My tickets went through at 8:42 p.m. Friday night. No trouble at all for a single ticket.

does anyone here think he will add another st louis show??
