Or ya know, it wouldn't kill him to take it to Australia.....
Australia would be a fair choice and I hope he'll go down under. However, I would not be surprised if he decided to do a few more EU/UK shows in places hat have not seen the current tour yet, such as Berlin, Madrid, Lisbon, Rome, Glasgow, Dublin, Moscow, etc.

Well now he's back in the states in September...who knows?!?

He has not done US fall shows since 2005. Could be a possibility for this year, considering he only did a few in the summer. You just never know with Paul. I'm staying tuned and hoping for some more! Although if any dates do pop up, I'd predict other parts of the country get hit besides the East Coast. We were lucky over here this year!
-
He did nine cities in the USA last fall (2014) ! San Diego, Lubbock, New Orleans, Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville, Jacksonville, Louisville and Greensboro! Then he went off to South America if memory serves. I would say there is a definite chance he will do something here in the fall after his summer hols seeing he is doing the PETA gala.

I saw him in the fall (2014) in Atlanta only because he had to reschedule his June shows.

Except for Greensboro, all of those shows were rescheduled from June. If he hadn't gotten sick in Japan, there's no way to tell if he would have done anything last October or not.

One PETA will probably be a very shortened set. Last time he played PETA he was part of an ensemble and I think he only played 5 or 6 songs. Wouldn't want to pay that kind of money for such a short show Two, I've heard nothing planned or confirmed past July. It's still an option but not definite. I hope to k ow more later one way or the other. PETA could very possibly be a one off as it will probably be a vert short set by Paul

My bad. I completely forgot about the rescheduled shows from last summer.

San Diego and Greensboro weren't rescheduled they were added at either end of the rescheduled shows. The point is that the possibility is there for something in the fall here if he will be back for the PETA gala. As always its a wait and see.

How was it advertised last time? This advertising an evening with Paul McCartney and band. That would make me think it is his performance. Maybe some "all-stars" at the end...but it sounds very Paul heavy.

Did you see how expensive it was? $10,000 for a table for 6, but that includes dinner! I think for $100,000 you get to meet him as well.

Exactly, I think they're getting a full show.

If this PETA show is a full set, it will be a first. As Bob Gannon mentioned, all previous appearances by Paul at these events included abbreviated setlists.

Or it could be similar to the Tobin Ctr show from last year which was a 2 hr concert but not the complete 38 song setlist.

PETA, much like Robin Hood is effectively a private show. i suspect they get a show similar to Robin Hood. Ultimately these are not Out There shows, they are private shows for charities using Paul's name for fundraising purposes. (with his approval of course) They are not designed to be for general audiences. They are designed to get high moneyed people to attend so the charity can raise large sums of money. RamblinRed

It may say enjoy a fantastic concert by Paul & band but the amount of songs still could be very subjective. If he played 10 songs, it's still considered a concert. Just be careful is all I'm saying. It's a lot of money $10,000 for a table of 6!
