5th-beatle:
I'm wondering: after sales are over on February 28 and the 4 Japanese concerts are sold out, will Budokan be announced?
Are they sold out?

The Foo Fighters will headline the granddaddy of Britain's outdoor summer music events, Glastonbury Festival. Frontman Dave Grohl shared the news at Wednesday night's NME Awards in London during his taped acceptance speech for the Foos' win in the best international band category. The Foos will headline the Friday night program (June 26) on Glastonbury's main Pyramid Stage. It'll be the U.S. rock group's first performance at the famous fest since 1998, when they were promoting the Foos' second album The Color & The Shape. They're now on album No. 8, Sonic Highways.
No one cares.
I care.

I believe they will be, after general sales.

A feeling deep inside.

Regarding Paris, the source brought the same information last year, which obviously didn't happen: http://www.byzegut.fr/2013/12/paul-mccartney-stade-de-france-juin-2014.html Not saying it's far-stretched, just something to consider.
I've got a feeling...Europe won't be seeing our guy this summer.
Is "Europe" code for RMartinez??

wow...why the hate for Grohl?

No hate. Great guy, well connected, was part of a legendary band, but he makes very safe, boring, middle of the road music.

I am not a huge fan, but boring, middle of the road? No. Maybe Taylor Swift. If his music is boring, middle of the road, what is McCartney's?

Like AC/DC. Safe and boring.

I think Dave's music has great hooks. Oh well, times change. I can't see Paul ever showing up at a Foo Fighters show myself. Highly unlikely, anyway, unless Paul was next door, maybe?

Looks like that blurry Firefly headliner won't be announced anytime soon...so the "is it Paul" question remains... http://www.wdde.org/73495-organizers-releasing-incomplete-2015-firefly-schedule-nod-fans Red Frog Events says its decision this week to release the lineup for this year?s Firefly Music Festival with one of the main acts blurred out was meant to appease increasingly impatient fans. Christiane Pheil, director of talent and artist relations for Red Frog, says they didn?t want to make fans wait any longer while trying to finalize that last act<snipped>....Phiel says Red Frog expects to announce the unnamed headliner, rumored to be former Beatle Paul McCartney, in the next couple of weeks. She adds tickets will go on sale soon after. Firefly will be held June 18-21.

I wonder why Asian concerts are usually announced well in advance, unlike what happens when he tours other regions?
-
That is a very, very good question. I guess we Americans have shorter attention-spans. Plus, we're more gotta-have-it-now!.
-
No, it seems other artists announce very early but not Paul. He & his people know it will sell out here.
-
It's so difficult for people with jobs that have to choose their vacations more than a year in advance! I guess I would be really broke if I could get to all the concerts that I really wanted to get to! On the brighter side

It reads as a 404 Error, but there are links below it that open up to nothing that say Green Bay and Chicago...didn't he just play Chicago?
