I wonder how long will the current tour last? It's been going on a lot longer than previous ones: Up And Coming: March 28, 2010 - June 10, 2011 (14 months) On The Run: July 15, 2011 - November 29, 2012 (16 months) Out There: May 04, 2013 - July 31, 2015 (nearly 27 months and possibly longer) I guess that means he's happy about it and proud to show it around the world. Not just once, but two or three times in the same regions.
I doubt he likes OUT THERE any more than ON THE RUN or UP AND COMING. There are really no major differences.
Weird though that OUT THERE is much longer than the other two. Maybe he's just too lazy to change the set lol

Honestly, I don't know if "lazy" is a word that can be used to describe Paul. But, if it ain't broke, don't fix it might apply here. Really, it is not much different from what the Stones are doing. Paul changes the names of his tours, but they are really Beatles greatest hits tours. All of them.

A new album with one of the songs having "...out there" in the lyrics and title may have helped a bit too.

Maybe he's proud that this tour is promoting his latest album, which has been very well-received both by fans and critics. After all, it's an opportunity to showcase his latest songs, which now include "Hope For The Future", alongside Beatles & Wings classics, and show his audiences that he's still got it.

But the album itself is nearly two years old at this point. And by now, he only features 3 songs from the album (missing the opportunity to play other cuts from it that have been rehearsed), and highlighting a song from a video game that came out last September. If he's so proud of the album, why not include a few more tracks?

It's a fair question. If you can arrange a meeting, I'll be sure to ask him about it!

therefore the only question is whether this could ever change at least in parts. Replace overplayed songs like Let Me Roll It, The Long And Winding Road, Blackbird, Here Today, Eleanor Rigby, Paperback Writer, Helter Skelter, Somethink, Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da, Back In The USSR, Band on the Run . Then he could rearrange the setlist to an 50 (Beatles) : 50 (Wings/Solo) Set and go on tour for a further decade and swap some tracks and all are happy

I for one hope that those rumors are true! Our friends from Australia have had a long wait and certainly deserved some tour dates!
-
I hope he will release a follow-up to NEW in the near future and launch a new tour to promote a few songs from it, plus several unexpected older songs, as he did on the Out There opening night. That was quite a thrilling experience.
-
I stopped having faith that the set list would freshen up. And yes, the year where there were 7 or 8 changes to the setlist, I had never been so excited and anxious to see him! Don't get me wrong, the songs he does are all great songs but there are so many that would make it very exciting to go to the show. Why I love Springsteen so much, it's 7 or 8 songs different every night...Hell, he takes sign requests from the audience..Imagine Paul doing that?

Australia.....those fans have been waiting a lifetime! I hope those rumors wind up very true!

There has been talk of concerts in Brazil later this year. I know at least one city that ended up not being confirmed last November, plus a couple more that are not beyond the realm of possibilities. Then there are two cities in Argentina were almost confirmed last November, and the promoters asked those in charge of the tour to keep them in mind, as they would try and resume negotiations this year. Someone specifically mentioned November 2015 as the date they would try to secure. Mexico has also been mentioned here a few times, so maybe they are trying to schedule dates for those 3 countries together in November 2015? Time will tell.

Sounds cool. And not too far out of reach. Who knows, maybe he'll start the new tour in November in SA, then March in AUS, and then May-June-July in USA??

To be honest, I will not complain if he decides to go to Australia in November. Those fans have waited long enough, and they deserve to experience the Out There tour. In fact, I would rather wait for a brand new tour in 2016, especially if it includes tracks from a new album and older rarities.

I saw Springsteen back in 2013 and he did just that! the issue with Paul's shows is that he'll change songs around but its the more recent ones get ditched and will keep mainstays he's been singing since the year dot.
-
I wonder if Paul will add any shows between Lolla & Oslo -July 7th...Maybe a couple midwest shows? Any thoughts on this Bob Gannon ?

Somebody posted earlier. I think it's highly unlikely but I'd be chugged to see it true
