I'm bit worry that Japanese news now reporting he has been admitted to hospital since Tuesday. http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20140522-00000500-sanspo-musi google translate: Taken together the story of the people involved, Paul suffering from symptoms (vomiting) diarrhea and vomiting due to viral inflammation from the 16th of the next day that you came to Japan had rested in Tokyo hotel, but a thorough examination on the 20th day before to the hospital, which has received, it was admitted on the safe side. And time of discharge and detailed diagnostic results are not disclosed, but also information on the possibility of surgery.
-
Please, can someone translate this??!! I don't find anything else on line saying he has been admitted to hospital.

Not to post to it but at least to read it. Hope Paul has an account.

What kind of virus requires surgery?

What kind of virus requires surgery?
None that I know of... Paul is I'll n in the hospital it could be flu... but when u ha v chronic diareah vomiting - you need I've fluids And all could be precautionary...

What kind of virus requires surgery?
I'm not saying that this is what has happened, but one potential example is that appendicitis can occur as a complication related to a gastrointestinal virus. In that case, it would be the appendicitis that might require surgery, not the virus itself. So, they might simply be monitoring him in case something like this occurs necessitating surgery. They wouldn't, for example, want to give him the OK to fly only to have his appendix burst mid flight. I think that the level of care that Paul might be receiving probably has more to do with his wealth, status, and contractual and insurance arrangements than the seriousness of his condition.

Taking precautions is always a good thing when one is sick. I hope for a speedy recovery.

I'm with you all in wishing the great Sir Paul all the best and countless Blessings for a very speedy recovery. I am very worried and anxiously await some official announcement on his well-being. Like for so many others, Paul has been in my heart from that first Ed Sullivan appearance. I was at his concert last August.....and there's absolutely nothing that can bring me as much JOY.....unless it's another concert! So I quietly pray and keep thoughts of Paul in my heart along with the rest of you. XXXXXXXX Paul, We Love You!! XXXXXXXX

LOVE YOU PAUL..So sorry to hear your feeling yucky. Just....Take Care, there's no rush for you to get out and perform, we will all still be here for you when you feel better. Just take it easy & listen to your Nancy. Your much more important to us then a concert. Feel better soon & we will all see you when you feel yourself again,. For me that would be seeing you in Chicago. Now get some rest! BIG HUG!
