"Out There" 2013 Setlist Critique and Suggestions

I imagine he'll do the three New songs he's been doing when he goes back out on the road but from the samples I think Early Days and I Can Bet are strong contenders to be added in too.

My predictions: -Eight Days A Week is gone. Most versions weren't that good. The best rendition was Barclays Center on June 8th. MMT will replace (unfortunately) -Either LTWTMS or Juniors Farm is out in favor of Save Us being in the opening salvo. -Everybody Out There will probably replace IJSAF, which I'm fine with. -New will replace Your Mother Should Know. Hes playing Lady Madonna a lot and it's either he's playing it for these final times or he's really enjoying it and it will stay. -I think we'll get Queenie Eye replacing Mr. Kite or another late-set song. -After that, i think the same ending... Hopefully he'll keep Hi Hi Hi... It really rocks! Thoughts?
Interesting...I went to both shows at Barclay's and thought Eight Days A Week sounded great. In fact listening to recordings in other cities I have to disagree with you...great opener! As far as the "New" songs...I would say, "New", "Save Us" , "Everybody Out There" and "Queenie Eye" will make the set list in Japan. My guess on what is taken out..."Junior's Farm", "Listen To What The Man Said", "All Together Now", and "Lovely Rita".

"Everybody Out There" deserves to open Paul's concerts!
-
I predict he will also add Jet. Wouldnt be surprised to see him open with venus and mars rockshow/jet in Japan.
-
I reckon he'll keep all current songs and just add a handful from NEW> I could handle a 40 song set...and so could Paul.
-
In different interviews McCartney has said things like he has the band learning the whole CD and many of the songs were made to be played live. I hope that means a lot of NEW material in the set list for the next year.
-
I reckon this forthcoming UK radio gig would be a great opportunity to do the entire thing live if he was seriously considering it.

Hope "I Can Bet" is one of the songs.

Well we've already got the first four! Scared probably isn't realistic as it's a hidden track...but so was Freedom! I doubt he'd play Get Me Out of Here as it's a bonus track as well...I could maybe see them doing Road though.

I have ask to Brian Ray on twitter if there is a chance to hear other news songs in the next gigs? He said: maybe so. I think that the songs with more chance to be played live are "Alligator" and "I can bet" and maybe "On may way to work" for the acoustic sessions. But maybe some new tracks he could be play at the soundcheck!

Yup! That was done for Chaos&Creation...I think there are several songs on the soundcheck portion of the DVD...Friends To Go...How Kind of You...At The Mercy...can't think of any others...
-
At the mercy unfortunately was never performed at the soundcheck

Woops! I thought it was...oh well, still a nice handful there!
-
I wouldn't be surprised if "Early Days" replaced "Here Today".
