oobu24 is right.

The remastered editions of Tug Of War and Pipes Of Peace will be released while he's touring Europe, so it would be nice to hear something from those albums live. What would your choices be?
-
Is that Tug Of War remaster's release-date definite?

Not until it's on Paul's website, but it's the latest word so far. I don't think he'll do anything from those two remasters live, but it's fun to dream.

Sorry... but he performs over more than a decade "Here Today"
. It is surely still in the setlist this year and I suppose in future setlist too
Take it away could have a small live chance. To performe other songs from 1982/83 is like a setlist-revolution...

"Take It Away" would work quite nicely in the "Save Us" slot. Just a thought.

There's no way those will be released in 2 months. By the pace they are doing it now, we won't see it until the end of the year. Besides, the rumours of the prelude to the promo of the announcement of the press release is like half a year with these kind of releases. I would be very surprised if we see anything before Q4-2015.

And my far-stretched hope on that subject would be: 'Wanderlust' instead of 'The Long And Winding Road', 'Take It Away' instead of 'Save Us' (never seen it live, so shooting myself in the foot here, but it's weak anyway).
-
To reiterate...we'll be lucky if they're out by the time the tour kicks off...and even luckier if he acknowledges it in the least. But as a pipe (of peace) dream...I think these would work great live... Tug of War (instead of something in the acoustic/rock section) Take it Away (instead of "Save Us" or "Paperback Writer") Wanderlust (instead of "Maybe I'm Amazed"...this one HAS to go somehow...) Pipes of Peace (instead of "Queenie Eye" or "Maybe I'm Amazed") ...can't say there's any album tracks off the latter I care to hear live!

Okay, this will NEVER happen, but here's my fantasy set list, well, at least for today. I could easily come up with a totally different one. There are some songs on here that he would probably have trouble singing now, so I'm just choosing to ignore that -- hey, it's a fantasy, ok? I'd pay good money to see that show. Good money.
-
Except, take out "The End Of The End." Puts a lump in the ol' throat.
-
I uploaded this to my YouTube channel the other day. I think it makes a strong point -- the music speaks for itself: Paul McCartney - St. Petersburg Jam [live @ St. Petersburg 2004]: This is the innovative side of Paul McCartney that we rarely see in his concerts these days. Macca and his band are improvising a beautiful jam especially for this adoring St. Petersburg audience. This is something I'd expect to hear on one of his Fireman projects.
-
And there wasn't a mass exodus to the beer-stands and restrooms...
-
This will probably not be a popular opinion here, but I would enjoy a surprise guest appearance by Lady Gaga at one of Paul's upcoming UK/EU concerts. They have recorded a song together, after all.
-
It would be something different -- so fine by me.
-
Waaaay better than Kanye.
(IMO)
