In threads that have thousands of posts, discovered how to divide long threads into pages, instead of having to scroll:

      1. click on profile pic/icon at top right
      2. Select "settings"
      3. Scroll down to "Pagination"
      4. Check on "Paginate topics and posts instead of using infinite scroll"
      5. Save changes

All you really need to do is click on the arrows icon and select Newest to Oldest and scroll down to the newest post.
I wish if you select that, the thread would always appear that way, but it doesn’t.
ETA: I went ahead and selected Pagination anyway.

Actually if you click on the newest post which shows up on the left hand side, it will take you to that post.

@oobu24 But the newest post will not show up unless you do what Leslie and I have done. Before, I either had to scroll up or click on Newest to Oldest. Now with the Pagination thing, it automatically goes to the top to the newest post.
Did you mean to say the newest post on the RIGHT hand side of the home page where all the forums are listed?
