And I could take a bathroom break, lol.

Silly Love Songs, Goodnight Tonight, Helen Wheels and Getting Closer would sound brilliant live in the next tour.

Immediately out from current tour: Save Us Got To Get You Into My Life Let Me Roll It Paperback Writer The Long and Winding Road Here Today Queenie Eye All Together Now Lovely Rita Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite! Something Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da Back In The USSR Get Back (as skipped now) Could use a rest, though I think they work or worked very well: Eight Days A Week Another Day Eleanor Rigby Helter Skelter In, absolute solo musts, major omissions in current sets: Silly Love Songs My Brave Face Take It Away With A Little Luck Hope Of Deliverance Goodnight Tonight Girls' School Bluebird (Coming Up, although played plenty in previous years.) Solo rock songs which could work very well: I've Had Enough Getting Closer The World Tonight Young Boy Soily Beware My Love Cafe On The Left Bank Smile Away Solo songs which should've been thrown in in the last 15 years: Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey Once Upon A Long Ago Alligator Goodbye Step Inside Love Suicide Friends To Go Tomorrow Love In Song Heart Of The Country The Back Seat Of My Car London Town Dear Boy In, Beatles selections: I Want To Hold Your Hand (encore opener) For No One Here, There And Everywhere You Never Give Me Your Money (full band version) Martha My Dear In My Life (acoustic tribute to Lennon and Harrison, then he can also emphasise on how he wrote a major part of the song, hahaha...)

Based on that, this is a realistic - well... - setlist for a new tour, plus a few rotation songs for fun: Coming Up Take It Away? ?into? Jet She?s A Woman / Getting Better / You Won't See Me My Brave Face Can?t Buy Me Love The World Tonight / Young Boy For No One Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Five Martha My Dear Maybe I'm Amazed I've Just Seen A Face / Mother Nature's Son / I'll Follow the Sun We Can Work It Out Hope Of Deliverance Alligator / Friends To Go And I Love Her Blackbird (some story about civil rights might be fun) In My Life New Your Mother Should Know Lady Madonna I've Had Enough / Smile Away / Girls' School With A Little Luck You Never Give Me Your Money Here, There And Everywhere Penny Lane The Back Seat Of My Car Band On The Run I Want To Hold Your Hand Let It Be Live and Let Die Hey Jude Silly Love Songs (encore break, lights off, intro tape plays on a loop, when beats kicks in lights go on and McCartney is playing the Rickenbacker. A boy can dream.) Another Girl / Drive My Car Hi, Hi, Hi Yesterday Helter Skelter Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End
-
A girl can dream too. "story about civil rights"
-
I've grown bored with the "YesterdayHelter Skelter/Golden Slumbers" closing trifecta. It's time for Macca to grow a new pair.
-
Audi, Is there any better way to end the concert with... And in the end the love you take is equal to the love you make? Raises the hair on my neck every time...it's the perfect ending. What in the world do you propose to top that? Do we throw Her Majesty in right after?

"I've grown bored with the "YesterdayHelter Skelter/Golden Slumbers" closing trifecta. It's time for Macca to grow a new pair." If it was many years ago when his voice could still handle it, he should have made the final encore "Oh Darling" followed by "Soily" That would kick butt IMO.

-Beautiful Night (including the jam) Numerous options. I don't like seeing shows that are as predictable as Dean Martin's act.
-
How about beautiful night/the end medley? I really don't care, he could pass gas in d minor and I'd still be happy.

An idea that has come up in the past:

This in an awesome setlist! But 'Let Me Roll It' must be in, it's such a great song and it's really fun to hear it live! It's like 'Let It Be' he can't drop it, but he can switch it with 'Letting Go' from time to time, that would be really great!

I've got nothing against the song, I would definitely pick it out if he would've start with touring for the first time. But at this point it's a top 3 stale moment in the current set configuration. If it MUST be in, then at least rearrange it in the set placement. That "big opener, solo song, big Beatles song, big Beatles/solo song, LET ME ROLL IT"-formula is for me by far the biggest "down to earth"-moment in his current set. Oh, there comes the guitar out again. Oh, there's the "wardrobe change". The little shtick with John Hammel. 1....2....3.... *drum fill. Here we go again... I couldn't believe it, hadn't seen him for 3 years and 3 months last summer and it felt like a déjà vu. Also, note how I didn't even dare to touch all the big numbers, while I definitely could live without 'Hey Jude', 'Live And Let Die', etc. and especially in that order haha.
-
I rarely rip on Macca's voice, but he sounds pretty bad on that one. For a while at that. But I agree : A newer, less predictable spot in the show would add some zest.

Bad on which one Audi?

"Let Me Croak It"
At least a lot of the song is guitar licks!
