Big year for anniversaries. Sergeant Pepper - 50 years Elvis - 40 years Michael Hutchence - 20 years Jeff Buckley - 20 years
And the Cavern - 60 years, Paul turns 75, and John's sister Julia turns 70. Side note: Does everyone know that Jeff Buckley's father, Tim, was one of Linda's photographic subjects, and supposedly lover? (Before she met Paul)

That's a lot of anniversaries Nancy! That doesn't surprise me (Or Paul) about Linda. Didn't Linda also have a little fling with Mick Jagger and Jim Morrison?

Yep. They both "sowed their wild oats" before they got married!

That's the best way to do it too! However, some people like to "sow their wild oats" while they're married!

I never actually saw a Sgt. Pepper album until around 1970 when my girlfriend of the time was staying with a girlfriend of hers who had one. We used to play the album over and over!!! Yes...we are surrounded and permeated by life inward and outward forever. Always loved Paul's line in the album "Woke up got out of bed dragged the comb across my head...found my way upstairs and had a smoke somebody spoke and I went into a dream" Also liked the rooster clucking sound turning into a guitar sound Within You Without You The Beatles We were talking About the space between us all And the people who hide themselves Behind a wall of illusion Never glimpse the truth Then it's far too late When they pass away We were talking About the love we all could share When we find it To try our best to hold it there With our love, with our love We could save the world If they only knew Try to realize it's all within yourself No one else can make you change And to see you're really only very small And life flows on within you and without you We were talking About the love that's gone so cold And the people who gain the world And lose their soul They don't know, they can't see Are you one of them When you've seen beyond yourself Then you may find Peace of mind is waiting there And the time will come When you see we're all one And life flows on within you and without you

Amazing and Profound Indeed!!! "It's Like Everything Was Black And White Then Suddenly It Became Colored" ~ Eric Idle said something like that about the album
