Does anyone have a decent seating chart of this venue ? I can't find any info about floors rows
http://static.capitaltickets.ca/events/seating_charts/McCartney_800.gif
I'm hoping for a seat in the front row in a lower level/balcony (100s)-when I order tickets, how do I know it will be a front row seat? Do all front rows start with the letter A? or will it say row 1 in section 103 for example. thanks.

thanks thenightfish for your reply So, the button to click is "Find Tickets"? And will it show me what seats are available, if any?

RE: Ottawa, Canada, Scotiabank Place, July 7th - ARCHIVE
Hi everyone, I've never done a presale before, so I am not entirely sure what to expect. I have the diagram of the seating plan & it says find tickets, but everything I click, nothing happens. Maybe I am too late because it is all sold out? Can someone please tell me the steps/how this works?? And what does the blue/black colours mean in the seating plan-that those sections are sold out? thanks

RE: newbie question re: presale and seating
thanks to everyone for your friendly and helpful advice Seuss, your pictures are fantastic, thanks for sharing them!! I hadn't thought of sitting at a side section, so I will definately keep it in mind

newbie question re: presale and seating
hi everyone! I have some newbie presale questions: I have never done a pre-sale so I am wondering how it works. Like, are there only selected seats available during a pre-sale? Do they only accept payment with credit card? What if you purchase a ticket then, you have a chance to get a better seat, can you return the ticket/upgrade the ticket? My next question has to do with seating. I am a fairly tiny person, and I wonder where the best place to sit would be. I know front row center is nice lol and I know the layout is different with every show, but I am wondering if there is a general spot/section that is good to sit if you are on the shorter side. I wouldn't want to buy a ticket and end up not seeing the stage because I am standing behind people who are taller than me. thanks for any helpful advice you can give me!

it's all over the news this morning, that there are rumors that he might come to Ottawa, Ontario this summer. He has never been here, so it would be fantastic if he came. I would finally get to see him LIVE!! *fingers crossed*
That would be great! Ottawa is such a beautiful city, too! I hope that it works out!
thanks he's never come here before, so it would be exciting for the city and for me!! lol I keep checking headlines each day, in case something is announced.

RE: You Gave Me The Answer, Questions for Paul feature.
Michelley:
How can anyone actually get angry about this? Seriously? It's just a quirky little feature. (shrugs) They never said he was going to answer 10 questions. He was just supposed to answer one, right? Anyway, I liked the question and his answer -- both for what he said and what he didn't say. It's interesting to me that, here's a man who's lived 10 lives in his lifetime and done all sorts of things and has far more of everything (love, money, possessions) than any one person needs, and of all the places and times he could have chosen to return to, he picked the one thing in his life that he didn't get enough of, and the one person closest to him whom he no doubt has few memories of. Good answer. Kind of a Rosebud answer if you know what I mean. People presume too much, I think, about this feature. Makes me wonder if it wouldn't be better for him to be like Mick Jagger, Bowie, and all the others and never interact with fans at all because all he gets is grief when he does.
completely agree, Michelley. BTW, I like the answer & question. I thought the answer was sad, heartfelt, honest and sweet (and short lol)

RE: The Beatles: The Lost Concert A New Documentary
i don't know if it was going to show in my area, but I was going to check it out if it was. Too bad, that would have been cool to see a Beatles concert on big screen like that.

RE: The Nancy Shevell Appreciation Thread
what a great thread! I really like Nancy too. I really like the way she dresses (always in a trendy or classy outfit). She seems very well-fitted for Paul, in so many ways. I hope they stay happy together for a very long time.

RE: PAUL AND NANCY ARE MARRIED!
i don't know if this was mentioned already, but I was watching The View yesterday and Barbra Walters was at the wedding. She talked about the cermony that Ringo yelled out to Paul "Do you know your lines?" (or something like that) when they were exchanging vows. She said at the reception Nancy and Paul changed into jeans and t-shirt, and that Paul gave a toast (toasting to John cuz it was his 71st birthday), James gave a speech and i think Nancy`s son too. Paul sang a song that he had written just for Nancy called `My Valentine"

Paul got a nice little wedding present today. His Ocean's Kingdom CD is No. 4 on the British Official Charts Classical Artist Albums Chart. Good for him.
yay!!

RE: PAUL AND NANCY ARE MARRIED!
I'm so happy for Paul and Nancy!!! She looked beautiful and elegant and Paul looked so handsome. I love how everything was handled, photos/a wave to the crowd, Stella designing their clothes, Bea as the flower girl, the intimacy of only 30 people at the regestry....I admire the way they did it. Private, simple yet beautiful. I was worried for Paul to be married again after what happened last time (sorry hate to bring it up, but it's part of my point :wink, but I liked Nancy right from the beginning because she seems to handle herself very well and seems like the right match for Paul. She isn't stupid enough to try and upstage him (which let's face it, is a lost cause--cuz the man is a BEATLE) and there's no drama. It seems Paul and Nancy have been able to enjoy the last 4 1/2 years in a private manner and I hope they continue to do so. Also, it makes me admire Paul even more (if that were possible! lol) believing in love after going through such a difficult time is a hard thing to do. Some people call him naive or stupid, but I don't think so. He's just not cynical about it. He seems to truely believe in love and I admire that. I wish them all the best; they make a cute couple.

RE: News Of The World hacking reports
femaleanimal:
appletart2:
Its reported that Piers will be stepping down from CNN. Howard Kurts asked if the media was being fair to Piers. : It called getting as good as you gave. i wonder how it feels to be on the receiving end? He called himself a friend of Paul's and than did this too him. Now these details are printed everywhere including Pier's Wikipedia. I know these editor hold a great deal of power but I would hope that Paul would stand up and sue Murdoch for this. If ever their a time to move on change it here and I hope Heather too. I hope she can sue for a bundle. Your in the middle of a divorce and these paper write painful and damaging stories that undermined your ability to get a fair settlement in a divorce because their wirier tapping your phone. What they did to her was way over the top. Like her or not. Than Piers has to give her one last lick by saying she'll never be on his show...maybe now she'll be hosting it! ..now you don't look so proud now you don't talk so loud.
Murdoch does not own the Mirror. Unfortunately, phone hacking did not just happen at the News of the World- why do you think the Daily Mail has had so little to say about it...? The incident is supposedly from 2001 and Piers` article was from 2006. However, Heather tapped Paul`s phone after the marriage fell apart. I think Heather and Piers are two of a kind!
i agree with u femaleanimal.
