I don´t mean to be a PITA, but Calico Skies was not written or recorded during such sad period. This song is from 1992, probably done in the middle of the Off The Ground sessions. It doesn´t actually belong to the Flaming Pie sessions. I think that the same goes for Great Day, but I do not have the CD handy right now so I can´t check myself.

RE: Flaming Pie Tour
Yes! Definitely: Souvenir, along with Beautiful Night, No More Lonely Nights, Pipes Of Peace and Once Upon A Long Ago as new additions would make my favourite set list no matter what else is performed, even if the rest consists in 25 different variations of Temporary Secretary.

I'd have loved to hear "Souvenir" as well, as it's such a beauty. LOVE it.
It's my fav off the album along with Beautiful Night, but I don't think that it would have worked live.

RE: The Song Everyone Loves........But You .
I have never been a huge fan of Junior's Farm, Soily, Sing The Changes, Get Back, Mrs Vanderbilt and 1985. And I am pretty damn tired of Yesterday and Let It Be in concert.

Flaming Pie Tour
Hi guys and gals, Yesterday I was listening to this masterpiece called Flaming Pie, and I was wondering what Paul would have performed from it, should a tour happened. Of course that we'll never know, but we could guess. My two cents go with: - The World Tonight - Flaming Pie - Beautiful Night - Calico Skies - Young Boy - Somedays or Little Willow (before "Yesterday") Probably "If You Wanna" too, but even if it was performed during soundcheck in 1993, it doesn't seem to fit well for a live rendition. Vocals are very low and uncomfortable to sing live. Besides, would Hammish, Robbie and Blair have been part of Paul's band? I am sure that Wix would have been in. See ya!

bostero2:
I'm sorry, but I don't know which song I would ask Macca to sacrifice to get "No More Lonely Nights" I think that the current setlist is great and I would like him to play all those songs ops:
I wouldn't care if he dropped either of these: - Mrs Vandebilt - 1985 - Lettin' Go - Sing The Changes - And I Love Her

RE: Predict Next Setlist
Dear South American fans, I would like to ask you all, respectfully, if you could please join me in this petition to ask Sir Paul to perform "No More Lonely Nights" during the South American leg of the Up and Coming Tour. We have been waiting 17 years to see him again, and even if it doesn't make us entitled to ask for something special, I feel like that after paying such high priced items, we have the right to at least, make a special request. Perhaps Paul and his staff do not know how big was that hit in South America. For sure Paul's best known song from his post-Beatle era. The Kiev fans got the Mrs Vandebilt premiere, Liverpool fans got the A Day In The Life-Give Peace A Chance premiere, Canada/Scottish fans always get Mull Of Kintyre, italian fans got O Sole Mio, Mexican fans got Tequila, San Francisco got San Francisco Bay, etc. Please Paul, could we have the live premiere of "No More Lonely Nights"? You have nearly a month to reharse it. I know that quantity can do magic things. Please join me! Who's with me on this petition? The more, the better!

RE: Idea for DVD

RE: Idea for DVD
Nice idea, Audi, and I would make a few changes: I would ommit RDR because we have "The Cavern" on DVD, and I would add: - Rough Ride / How Many People / Motor Of Love to FITD - Get Out Of My Way to OTG - Mistress And Maid (with Elvis Costello) to OTG - Cosmically Conscious from Radio City to OTG - From A Lover To A Friend and Your Loving Flame to DR - Great Day from the AAF 2003 performance to FP - Ever Present Past / Vintage Clothes / Feet In The Clouds (Acoustic) from MAF And most of the Chaos album was performed live, in a way or another. Most of the live performances are in TSBUs, but there were others performed at Abbey Road as well for example (ie. Too Much Rain).
