So sorry for posting this here. I am doing this because I really don't know where else to seek for help. I will be as brief as possible.
On 19th october I've purchased 71-73 box via the PMC web store. I got an eMail right away with an order number and payment confirmation. It said that delivery date was going to be 6th December (release date). All good.
Now, given that the shipping method is via ground, I was expecting an eMail from UMG confirming shipment yesterday or today, so it would make it for friday (shipping destination is Miami, FL). Since I didn't get such eMail, on monday I sent one to the UMG's CS, and no less than two days later (I am talking about two hours ago - late wednesday) I got a response from them saying that they don't have any order that matches my order number (very same order number found in their eMail copied and pasted to my inquiry, so no room for typos or mistakes). I responded immediatly with the print screen of the order and God knows when (or if) I am going to get a response (surely not before the release date, it seems). I can't believe this. Also, I can't log into my account on the music store and I get no password recovery eMail when I submit the form for it. Something wrong is going on.
I have also submitted a form on PMC's site (outside of UMG) and got no response either. Paul's PM's on Facebook is a bot. I really don't know what else to do, guys. No UMG phone numbers anywhere, no nothing. I have spent U$S 400+ and now I am worried about being out of that money and *out* of the box as well.
Once again, so sorry for posting this, I have been a member of this wonderful forum for nearly 10 years and this is not a common practice on my part at all. I just desesperately seek for help.
