How was the concert? Set list?
Usual suspects, with the exception of a couple of jams by the band joining the crowd chants. Very funny and interesting!

Box office opening at 4pm will create nothing but a chaos. Hopefully they will reconsider.
That is arranged between the promoter (Time 4 fun) and the stadium. It will not change unless there is trouble on the 17th and they decide to open earlier on the 19th
Consider it as a fact. 4pm!? Come on! They are nuts!
it all depends on how many windows are available to pick tickets at the venue and how many people bought them using crowdsurge.
Yes. but then again 4pm seems to be very chaotic to me. I am confident that this will be rectified.

Crowdsurge/songtix is a bloody mess. They screwed up my orders and now I am left with no ticket for the Cordoba concert. Incompetence is not only an Argentinian thing it seems.
What and how did that happen????
I've created five orders, sent them an email canceling 4 of them, and they cancelled all 5. Now they won't answer my emails.
That is terrible. I hope that they respond giving you and instant solution for this. I am so sorry about this.

What time is the Box Office Will Call Collection open for this venue? Thanks!
4 PM.
Extremely dissapointing. In Uruguay 2014 the box office opened at 12pm. 4pm is definitely very late considering the long queue that will be there to collect the tickets AND then the second (longer!) queue for the entrance. I can't understand such decision.

RE: Argentina - Pre-Sale Thread
Hello, I have purchased my tix for the three Argentina dates via PMC.com (CrowdSurge / Songkick). My question to the staff is if there will be another option other than picking the tickets at the venue on the day of the shows (there were other collecting options in 2010 even one month before the show). This would be good in order not only to avoid long queues at the venue but also for people like me who is flying specially for the shows, don't have any complications in case that the flights are delayed and we get there later than expected. Thanks!

RE: Pure McCartney
Aside from 'Hope For The Future', it would have been nice for it to include some other non-album tracks which are hardly available other than from HTF promo CD's. Example: 'I Want To Come Home', a beautiful song that also made it to the set list in 2009 / 2010. Has anyone else noticed that the picture sleeve is very similar to Ringo's recent 'Photograph: Very Best Of' CD?

Gordy JS:
I'd thought Wix might've wanted to do songs from Flowers in the Dirt as he was part of those recording sessions.
Exactly what I was thinking about earlier today. I'd say that with the 'FITD' re-issue coming next, it wouldn't be crazy to bet a few cents on 'My Brave Face' (being the main single off the album). Figure Of 8, This One or Put It There could be the other choices too, as opposite to We Got Married and Rough Ride, which also made it to the set list at the time but have no chances these days IMHO. But I could be wrong: remember non-singles like Looking For Changes, Cosmically Conscious, Calico Skies?

RE: My favourite "non-Beatles" Beatles movie!
When I was a kid I used to watch a lot 'John & Yoko: A Love Story' (1985) that had in it a very young Mike Myers playing a very small part. This movie also had original songs in it IIRC. Another one I really like is 'Two Of Us' (2000), specially the piano impromptu performance scene. It's a great fiction of how the 1976 meeting between John & Paul could have been.

I mixed my mind with 'Coming Up', still my question goes the same. He says 'Good Morning' at 0:28.
Very strange, as its clearly in the evening. Maybe Paul was trying to be funny, in the same way as he and Hamish did their little 'Morecombe & Wise' routine onstage?
Very strange indeed. I've always wondered how long was the concert overall. There were a lot of artist performings and most of them did long sets (such as Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton, Tears For Fears, Plant & Page, Collins / Genesis and of course, Paul). It must have started very early until very late.
