Hi Greg, I'm doing fine thank you. Good luck in fidning a car. English Tea is a great song even though JEnny Wren is still my favorite. I also like A Certain Softness and Promise To You Girl. I hope you buy a nice guitar.
Thanks I've found a nice guitar $470 for a "Jackson DXMG" 24 frets with EMG pickups, super low fast neck and quality hardware such as the tremelo. I would've prefered a Gibson but one with 24 frets and low action costs way too much money! I need a guitar with a very good 'slick" neck and versatile pickups because I play both lead and rhythm, the Jackson is the best value guitar money can buy. I missed out on buying a Pontiac. Oh well, the search goes on!! I'm looking for a small sedan or hatch-back front wheel drive to handle slippery road conditions. Happy Thanksgiving
Hi Greg, I'm glad you found a nice guitar. I guess if the jackson is the best one you can buy tthen go for it. The Gibson would be nice but if it is expensive then it might not be worth it. IT is too bad about the Pontiac. I do hope you can get a good deal on the small Sedan. Hppy Thanksgiving to you and Sara too.

Hi Everyone, I'm listening to JEnny Wren right now. What a beautiful song it is!
I wish I could listen to the single! I've been to a shop (WOM) today to get both single - versions. As I couldn't find it anywhee I just asked the man behind the desk to order both copies. "Who is the singer?" "Paul McCartney." "Er...which album do you want to order?" "I want to order two singles 'Jenny Wren'." "Singles?""Yeah, CD singles, yknow?" (He typed something into his PC...then he rang up his boss...) "We don't sell singles." : "Er...?" "Well you oughta go to a different shop! There's one who sells second hand singles!" : "Er??? I just want to order CD singles! No 7"!" "The industry doesn't produce em anymore! You just can get em as promos!" LAUGHTER "Sorry, but what do you call those things you sell over there? You have Robbie Williams' newest CD single, you have Madonna...and you gonna tell me you don't sell singles????" "Well, those are new! If you want to get Paul McCartney you've to go to a second hand shop!" "Pardon? The single's been released TODAY! Not in the sixties! I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT VINYL!!!!" Types something into PC...turns red as he finds Paul's new single... "I thought you wanted a single from 1967 or something cos the industry doesn't produce vinyl anymore. So which singles do you want?" "Well all of them." "Er....yes. Well I don't know what that 7" - single is. Must be a certain fomat or something. Shall I order that one too? You might need a special player to read that format!" I DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT I STARTED LAUGHING HARD AT THAT GUY!!! "Well, yes it's a special format. It's called LP - player and you play it on 45!" "No, it's 44.1" "Do you really want to discuss THAT subject with me?" "What do you mean?" "Actually you have no clue what you are talking about." "Pardon?" "I'd like to see you play a 45 on 44.1khz!" I guess at the point his boss showed up with an LP in his hand he was looking for a hole in the ground! SHOPPING IS GREAT!!!
Actually I was listening to Chaos And Creation In The Backyard. I opened it today after having it for three weeks. Soggy Noodle that is hilarious that the guy mentions lps when they hardly make them anymore, Was he living in the past? IT sure sounds like it. You ought to buy Jenny Wren from somebody else. I have the Chaos And Creation In The Backyard album so I don't see a need to buy the single sicne it is already on the album.

Hi Mike, If you come on here I just wanted to let you know that the recent Rolling Stone magazine letters to the editor had good thigns to say about Paul. Only one negative. That made me so happy. IT looks like Paul is finally getting the respect eh deserves.

Hi Sam and everyone, Today at the gym I was talking ot one of the lifeguards and was telling her that the Beatles were my favorite group and she said oh I love the Beatles and she said which is your favorite album and I said the White and she liked that album too and she said what is your faovrite sogn and I said While My Guitar Gently Weeps on that one she liked it and said she liked ROcky Racoon. I told her Paul was my favorite Beatle and she said Ringo was ehrs because her dad used to look like him now he doesn't have much hair. She is 22 years old. ISn't it so neat to see the younger generation turning on to the Beatles?

RE: Sam Leach - KEEP
Hi Sam, Thanks for that. I have yet to open the new cd. I was reading Rolling Stone magazine today and was glad to read good comments on Macca regarding the article they did on him last time. Only one negatvie but it is outweighed. One person even said Paul has always made cool albums such as Run Devil Run,Driving Rain and Flaminp Pie and he is better than today's muscisans and is a real rock n'roller. That made me happy.

RE: Sam Leach - KEEP
Hi Sam how are you doing? What do you think of Paul's new album?

You have blond hair and glasses and a black shirt on in the picture.

RE: Sam Leach - KEEP
HEy Laruen, I saw ylur picture in one thread and loved it! You look like this girl I like who I met a few years ago except she has hair like Joni Mitchell's. The only thing is I can't see myself winding up with a woman who looks like you or has Joni Mitchell's hair.

Hi Sara, I just heard it on tv didn't see him. IT was from a distance. I don't hate fairs I just don't go often. I went when I was ittle and misbehaved and my dad said he would never take me to the fair again. I went back in 96 and it was fun but very cold. I'll have ot think about going ot the show and if I do will try to get there a half hour early.
Hi Paulfan!! Oh i dont like fairs either, i've seen him do shows at fairs before and they really are good, just hope the weather is good for the show the two times i saw him at fairs i was lucky that the weather was good!!
I also hope the weather is good. Did you know the song I'm Into Something Goood is now used in a commercial with diferent people singing it? I first heard the song in the Naked Guna nd loved it. I don't liekd MRs.Brown that much though. We'll see if I go or not.
