Pray tell, how was any concert footage "lost'? What does that even mean?
-
I'm dissappointed. A customer came into my store to tell me, the little Beatlegirl aobut it. Oh well, I'm going to see Yellow Submarine tonight.
-
Got a cancellation notice a couple of days ago from our local theatre (Malco Paradiso). No explanation other than the showing had been cancelled 'due to circumstances beyond our control'.
-
This movie was even advertised in the latest Entertainment Weekly magazine! I hope they can get things sorted out and show it later in the summer.
-
i don't know if it was going to show in my area, but I was going to check it out if it was. Too bad, that would have been cool to see a Beatles concert on big screen like that.

Yeah, I had tickets for that and got a refund when they cancelled it. Hope they can come to an agreement and release it!

Ace Arts claims that Sony/ATV sabotaged its film ?The Beatles: The Lost Concert? by asserting ?spurious copyright infringement threats with respect? to the film, which explores ?the inital impact of the Beatles in America from the vantage point of the group?s first concert, held on February 11, 1964 in Washington, D.C.? http://tv.yahoo.com/news/beatles-documentary-sparks-100-million-lawsuit-against-sony-212410576.html http://www.thewrap.com/beatles-documentary-sparks-100-million-lawsuit-sonyatv/
