Paul Supports Obama

. I am speaking about his vocal support for President Obama. Not only does he simply leave it at that, but he now is telling his fans, on You Tube to vote for Obama. There are way too many sheep who will follow blindly. .
I will have to say that it's statements such as this I find the most offensive. People tend to follow easily when you tell them to hate but not so easily as endorsements, I find. (I find it offensive since the opposing party claims I follow my candidate due to being a sheep rather then being concerned about issues that effect me) Paul's endorsment of a candidate, I don't believe made anyone change their minds.

In the blogosphere, there are many comments from posters indicating that "John Lennon was the one with all the talent anyway." There is need to address the absurd inaccuracy of comments like that. The bigger point: Although John was supposedly leaning "right" as he got older (I don't know this for a fact, just something I hear from time to time), John certainly would've opted for the candidate for peace -- not the candidate who spent an entire campaign practically promising to go to war with Iran.

That was wonderful, Paul !!

Let's not forget drone strikes in Pakistan are killing people still under Obama. We wouldn't like it if someone was bombing us!
-
Oh, Obama's done some stuff I think Paul would hate like turning over every office in the Dept of Agriculture to Monsanto CEOs. That's wrecking our food supply (and putting animal genes in plant-based foods). but the other side would have done that one too. and the military war was started by the previous president.

Why not? What has Paul got lose? As a gizzillionaire he doesn't have to worry about losing his job, bankruptcy, foreclosures, and all the struggles to make ends meet ..... he's got enough fans .... that if one person can't afford to see his concert .... another fan will take his / her place .... Obama could have the worst plans in the world for the U.S. and about the only way it will affect Paul would be .... maybe he has to play at another concert hall ..... perhaps one or two less policeman in the escort to the concert place .... maybe one less gardener .... one less equipment person .... if that at all

So you are saying Paul only supported Obama because he wants to screw the working class? I have a feeling that isn't the case and he just sees him as the better of the two alternatives. Do you really believe Romney would get everyone a job? I think the only person who would have had a new job would have been him.

It appears you have no sense of humor .... I feel sorry for you .... enjoy your anger

People often abandon all humor when discussing politics. It is a shame since there is so much in politics to laugh at.

What anger? You expressed an opinion, then I did. I guess your smiley faces are supposed to mean you really don't mean what you say? If that is the case then I'm laughing.

Paul has as much right to express his opinions as anyone. He's been an Obama fan since day one, supported Kerry in 2004 and really, is anyone surprised? Seriously? On the flip side, I happened to be in London for a conference about a month before the 2008 election. Literally everyone who realized I was American asked me if Obama had a chance, rooting for him with an intensity that just blew me away. I went out one night wearing my Obama t-shirt and complete strangers were high-fiving me in the London subway. It was surreal. They hated Bush almost beyond words.

Try Telling that to the Afghanistan and Pakistan victims of drone strikes!

Don't start me on that but yes IRAN had every right to shoot down a drone.

Great that Paul made this massage and great that the US made the right decision again.
