You know you are addicted to the maccaboard when...
-
AbbeyRoadCrosser:
When you ask for someone else's phone to check the boards When you tell your friends about things that happen on the boards
...guilty.
-
-When over 3 quarters of your email inbox is made up of reply updates -When you end up staying awake 'till past midnight on the board -When you open up your history and find thousands of pages of just this website... Unfortuately, I am guilty of all three! :
-
When you keep coming back ... Over, & over, & over ...
-
When you have friends you have never met, but know well... through the maccaboard! :

when your post count is like gazillion

when your post count is like gazillion
I hear ya..... When you know exactly which posters you want and don't want to post with.....
-
blue jay hey:
when your post count is like gazillion
and you do it in one year!

pffft...addiction? on here? you guys? smh. why is there only like a few posts a day then? i keep refreshing, and... nothing new! :
sounds like you're in the wrong threads then. plus, you're awfully critical for someone who's been on the board for less then a month. Give it a few months and then come back and say something. whether it's positive or negative. and you could always start threads or add to discussions yourself if you don't like what's being posted.
-
When you go offline to get dressed for work, think of something clever to say in a particular thread, and come down to post it while half naked. (very guilty and get caught a lot too)
-
You keep coming back despite being gone for a long time.
-
When you get a warning from the mods and you offer to clean their house, cook them a big roast for dinner and half your paycheck if they only let you stay on the board.
-
When you talk about members of the board to others and only refer to them as "someone I know" rather then confess it's someone you only know online in a Paul McCartney forum.
-
When your family sees you online and says, "So, what did Paul have for dinner today? Peas and carrots?"
-
When your boss confesses to coming here just to see what you post so he can tease you the next day at work about it.

... you have a 'maccaboard' icon in Mozilla to get here faster ... you brag about how many registered users worldwide this board has (~52,500) to non-McCartney fans I knew it wouldn't take long for this thread to attract a lot of attention!
