Rumours have been bouncing about that he will come to Tampa in the fall. Actually heard this from several people both last night and Saturday. Anyone think it sounds plausible?
That would be great! I'd do another concert if he came back to the area, I just can't afford buying tickets inanother state, then having to have flight and hotel expensives on top, but if he does i'm going!!!!

US tour again in the fall??? I hope not.

Is it me? Catching the clips circulating on YouTube I'm forming the impression this tour the production of the songs is much "heavier" than in past tours... Or in the case of gentler songs such as My Valentine with a much "fuller" orchestration - almost, dare I say it, "Spectorized" And personally, better for it. Anyone else agree? Martin

Not Spectorised thankfully, more George Martinised. What struck me more than anything is the power of Abe, Rusty, Brian and Wix's vocals. A criticism I have always had since Paul was solo, is that the backing vox were too low, and strong harmony songs lost the punch they should have because Paul sounded the prominent vocalist. NOT SO this tour. the backing vox were almost Beach Boy like, with a much fuller blend, and so were the orchestrations. Better for it indeed - agreed!

I have no information to share, but I doubt McCartney will do more dates in the USA after August. If there are more to come I would guess Europe, or maybe even Japan and Australia. He is doing a good number of dates now in the US and Canada, and by all definitions it is a proper tour.

He was JUST there. : I would rather see him in countries who deserve his attention that never get it as opposed to yet another South American leg. Seriously...

And now the second Orlando concert (plus soundcheck) is circulating as well. I haven't listened to it yet, but the recording was made from the front row, so it should sound good.
-
I listened to some of it & it is good!
-
It's amazing and we can be so glad a soundcheck with such an amazing selection of songs is being made available!
