Here's my Krishna song. If you change the word 'baby' to 'Krishna' everytime I use it in the song I think it could work quite well hey same syllables. plus I never like using 'baby' in songs, and this song has it about 50 times but it remains one of my most generally appealing tunes. Love Time. this ones for you Hare

I was playing the Radha Krishna Temple vinyl last night, this is a really beautiful song. If you can hang in there with it it really starts to build around the 3 minute mark or so, pretty cool.

It's hard to write on this subject without coming across like a sour dogmatic even fanatic know-it-all. Sri Joni managed to, though. Am currently Reading one of Shirley MacLaine's latest books, and she comes across as mentioned above, though every now and then seems to convey some bit of wisdom that makes sense.

I always just assumed Sri Joni was crazy what is all that adromeda business he/she's always going on about??? is it just me who can't make heads or tails of a single word? Word. I need more booty in my life. I mean Buddha. actually both would be good. I wonder how much booty Buddha used to get? I would think tons, but he does look slightly out of shape.. but back then I don't think it was as big of a deal dude I'm fucking hilarious. trust me.

I always wondered about this with Krishna as I know only a few things about him and his various incarnations. The Krishnas I met, even the renegade group City of God whom I adored, all didn't have sex except for reproduction and only then with permission. Yet George hit on lots of pretty girls and claimed Krishna had all the milk maidens. So, I'm confused.

You got me thinking a little KO. On the topic of sex in the Buddhist religion, here?s a link I found:

Recently, I was granted an audience with a Rinpoche who was a student of the Dali Lama's. I showed him some nasty stuff people say about me and asked him, "How can one become elightened while dealing with people like this working to distrupt one's life? What would you do if this was happening to you?" After he got done reading a bit of what I showed him, making funny Hear no evil, see no evil faces, he then said, "Easy. They are degenerates. This culture is very degenerative. Do exactly the opposite of them and you could become like Buddha. Use them as examples of what not to be." I'm still wowed. and am blessed to have this man near me in my life right now.

Nice! Where the heck do you happen upon a Rinpoche? Was he wearing a robe and all that? did you ask him if he was celibate? kidding thats sweet KO! Great advice I would say. did the Rinpoche by any chance have like 10 arms?
-
I'm blessed with having a true Rinpoche near me and I've known who he was for 28 years. I"ll PM you his name and temple if you like. I won't say it here because he'll get harassed. I won't put that on him. My evil is my evil and not his. He wears ordinary western clothing at his lectures and meditations I've been too but what is odd is seeing him appear to age backwards as he speaks. He has joked with me about dressing up as a woman but I've learned that Buddhist do that during Tara meditations and it's a part of their religion. Who knew?

Eastern philosophyhas its wacky aspects that seem inexplicable and like nonsense to people who haven't studied it and even when they have, but so does Christianity and the world's other great religions. And of course many horrific things have been done in the name of religion which give it a bad name. It's a complex subject, can be used for good or evil. The positive precepts of helping and not doing harm are the ones which should always be obeyed. Many have experienced some extraordinary things which make them wonder what's out there, that there must be a greater and higher power behind it all. Just the fact of the universe existing and people and everything makes you wonder about that. Have stated the obvious but felt like pointing that out again.

Whoa! That sounds interesting. Yes please PM me his info, I'd like to read up on him online if nothing else. that is if there's any info out there. Cool connection you have there KO! Susy I'm with you also regarding your thoughts on religions. I'm a believer but not a believer in organized religion because they try to create rules and ceremonies I just do get. It's about recognizing and appreciating a higher power. thats what I can do on my own. Buddhism does interest me the most though.

Perhaps you too "belong" to one of the more esoteric religions, would be interesting to find out if you are an adherent or aspirant of the spiritual philosophies, and which one? Still haven't heard your vids, but I'm planning to when I can get the time. Promise
